Amazing house/location

We loved this house! Being on the canal was so much better than being beachfront. So quiet and peaceful on the canal with manatees in the canal at all times. Pool was great although gets a lot of debris since it is not covered. Very short drive to the beach, saw a rocket launch from backyard and very close to grocery stores, restaurants, Ron Jon and pier. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

This home was clean, comfortable, and so peaceful! We loved the location. We saw dolphins and manatees outside in the canals. We got to see a rocket launch one night.Teri was so helpful with one issue that we had with the washing machine; it was handled/fixed within 24 hours.Would give this property all the stars!

This was a perfect location for our girls trip. This house has everything you could possibly need. Dolphins com into the canal. We even saw a manatee. The host was easy to communicate with. I love this place!

Aufenthalt im Cocoa Beach

Und wie wir den Aufenthalt genossen haben. Eine sehr saubere und super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, gelegen an einem See. Es standen sogar Paddelboote zur VerfĂŒgung. Und nicht nur das. Spiele fĂŒr drinnen und draußen, fĂŒr groß und klein. Waschmaschine, Trockner, GeschirrspĂŒler, Grill und vieles andere. Man musste nicht debattieren, wenn es um ein Fernsehfilm ging zwischen jung und alt, da es zwei RĂ€umlichkeiten mit TV gab, auf denen man Netflix einrichten konnte. Einfach wie zu Hause fĂŒhlen.👍👍👍😄In den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen und die Klimaanlage war sehr leise.👏Jeder Zeit gern wieder.

Can’t say enough good!

There are so many wonderful things about this beautiful place. Our family of 6 stayed with a friend, so we had 7 people. We had plenty of space. Two living areas was nice. Plenty of table space in and out to eat and play games. The place had so many wonderful additions
 we rode the bikes to the beach and store, enjoyed the fishing poles and floaties, and used the kayaks multiple times. We saw dolphins and a manatee. The kitchen was so well stocked and the huge beach towels were so wonderful! The place was so well done from the floors to the furniture and bedding and pillows. One of my favorite things was the sliding window at the kitchen sink to look out at the pool and water beyond. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for being so inviting, generous and well done in every area.

Perfect, comfortable home

Spotless, well appointed and close to everything. My family had a great time! Spacious and perfectly appointed home. Everything you need for a relaxing time. Beautiful kitchen and pool. Everything there for a beach or pool day. Beautiful dock on the canal with river view. A plus all around.

Great Property

Perfect spot for a friends weekend. Host was very responsive with inquiries and property was super nice. Beach is easily walkable and house is close to everything necessary for a group outing.

My husband, two sisters and husbands were in Cocoa Beach for a funeral. We stayed busy with other family members but the house was perfect for morning and coming home in the evening. The house had everything we needed. It would be a perfect spot for a vacation and I would return! Thank you!

Best rental ever!

The house was clean and had so many accommodations. We saw dolphins in the canal. The kayaks we fun for all. We rode the bikes to the beach. We used the body boards and beach wagon. Everything was thought of. The hosts do a wonderful job making sure you are comfortable. I suggest this place for everyone.

Fantastic Place!

The house was well appointed, stylish, and clean. The location is great - at the end of a quiet street backing onto the Venetian Way Banana River. My kids enjoyed playing in the pool and catching a rocket launch. Really lovely place and great for a Cocoa Beach getaway!

Perfect for our Girls trip

We do an annual girls trip and this home was perfect! Great layout perfect for gathering and room to spread out. Well appointed and the decor was adorable. The pool and patio area were great. There are neighbors but you felt like you still had privacy. There were some bugs in the evening but with a little bug spray not a problem. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was well appointed. I would rent this property again.

Beautiful & Relaxing getaway

Our family really enjoyed the time we spent in this beautiful home! We loved hanging out in the pool and enjoyed taking the kayaks out to see the dolphins in the canal! The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed! The beds were super comfortable and the layout was perfect for our family on 5. It is super close to the beach and everyone in the area was so friendly. We all agreed this is one of the best houses we’ve stayed at on vacation! Thanks again!

Great Stay

The property was as advertised, my wife and daughter enjoyed the pool, kayaking, and bike riding. Wish there were more bike paths to the beach or to old part of town. Walk to beach is exactly as advertised but truly had a hard time getting family to go. Because the home and pool with view of canal and late sun was also as advertised and spectacular. Enjoyed our coco beach stay.
