Full kitchen and private bathroom in a quiet Cocoa Beach neighborhood, free parking for 1 vehicle, outdoor shower, sun loungers for sunbathing, lounge area or "chill spot" with outdoor furniture, and a sunny front porch with table, chairs, and umbrella!

Studio #1 is a cozy and bright studio just south of Downtown Cocoa Beach.

A true studio with private bath, full kitchen, and tropical patio!

1 Queen bed at the back of the studio, with open living and kitchen area up front. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, sink, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, and utensils.

Adjacent to the bedroom is the private bathroom, complete with tub and shower, soap, shampoo, conditioner, vanity, sink, and toilet.

Plenty of space for 2 adults. ~400 square feet of living space and pullout sofa with Queen bed.

Towels, beach towels, and linens are provided. Beach chairs, and beach toys are available for free shared among our guests and can be found in the Storage Shed.

Outdoor patio area with umbrellas, shared loungers, as well as coin operated laundry onsite.

Entire beachside Studio will be for your use exclusively.

1 Queen sized bed and 1 pullout Queen sofa bed...perfect for 2 adults, or a couple with less than 2 children. Coin laundry is available at the Studios for all guests...no washer/dryer in unit!

$80 pet fee

Parking for only one vehicle is allowed as we have a tiny parking lot and there is no street parking available other than paid beach parking lots (1 block away).

Please note that Studio 1 is the closest to the Street side and "light sleepers" may hear some traffic noise from. Cocoa Beach is a quiet town with light traffic where we are located, but we just want to make sure guests are aware that you *may* hear street noise from inside the Studio occasionally. Most people will not be bothered by the noise but some may be bothered by the sound of traffic going past the window. Please book Studios 2, 3, or 4 if you are a light sleeper and worried about traffic noise disturbing you, we want you to be as comfortable as possible during your stay!! =)
