Such a cute and inviting place. Clean and warm. Coffee was great and couch was extra comfy. Loved the outside patio. Though we got in late and it was chilly. Would book again. Super close to the beach and our cruise. Thanks again.

The house was clean! It came with tons of beach amenities. I have 3 daughters who absolutely loved it! The beach was nice and not crowded. My wife cooked breakfast each morning and we had plenty of dishes to do so. Outside patio was great! Food around the area was fantastic! We loved the stay and highly recommend this property!

The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of room and beds for everyone. I loved the fact there were toys available, games and a pack and play. My almost 2 year old was able to run around and play inside and outside. He loved the wood blocks. The backyard was a perfect oasis to sit and relax. It was super convenient walking distance to the beach. I will definitely atay here again.

Short stay with my adult children - 12th St area is our favorite spot in CB. Amazing location and very nice accommodations. Wide, sandy, quiet, locals beach across the street. The host has thoughtfully appointed this home. It’s comfortable and spacious. Well stocked kitchen, big screen TV in the open living room, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms with plenty of hot water, and super cute outdoor patio were highlights. Love this vacation home!

Awesome home

Our family had the best time! The house was perfect and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beach was close with no hassle. The home felt like ours for the week and the backyard was perfect. Host were helpful and friendly to work with. We will be back!

Beautiful patio!

We so enjoyed our stay here and took advantage of the magical patio for our coffee every morning and evening debriefs. The beach across the street was inaccessible for a few days of our stay due to construction which was a huge bummer, but it opened on the last full day we had. This home is in a safe feeling neighborhood, and was close to everything we could have wanted! Would absolutely rent again when planning another trip.

Excellent in every way

I’m normally skeptical of reviews online and with this property, it all seemed too good to be true. But
.when we arrived, it became very clear that the description and reviews were exactly right. This property has everything needed for a beach trip with the family. Towels, beach gear, kitchen full of quality pots, pans and utensils. The walk to the beach was just 200 steps away and the beach was fantastic. Don’t think twice about booking this for your group.
