Great house one block from the beach. Great communication, thanks for providing te beach gear including surfboards, chairs and umbrellas. Our boys enjoyed it. Hottub was very hot.

Clean and cute beach house!

Very clean and nicely decorated! Just as described and a very short walking distance to a nice and not crowded part of the beach! Outside heated shower was perfect to wash off after a day at the beach! Conveniently located to many restaurants and shops within a couple minutes drive!

Great spot for beach days!

Our family stayed for a night so we could have some beach days. The outdoor shower was super helpful to wash the beach off! We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire area. Our only complaint was that we didn't stay another night! We'll be back!

Fantastic Beach Stay

We had a great time at this property with our family. It was a quick walk to the beach and proximity to great restaurants, coffee shops, and surf shops was ideal. The house had plenty of space for all of us and was cozy in all the right places. We very much enjoyed the backyard and hot tub. We were also appreciative of the water pressure for both showers. Outside shower was the perfect amenity. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Clean, close to beach, easy checkin

The house was clean, when we walked in we could smell that it had been recently cleaned. We loved that we had access to a broom and vacuum if needed (many places we've stayed keep those items locked away). The house was a 3 minute walk to the beach, which was absolutely amazing! They have sand toys for kids to play with. In the bunch bed room, there were toys available. That made the stay all the better!The street the house is on is super busy but couldn't hear much at all in the bedrooms, that surprised us.We didn't use the hot tub. But did look at it and it looked clean, no bugs or debris. Over all the stay was fantastic. We are planning to come back to the area and will look to see if this property is available. Our only "complaint" the beds were super firm and made noise. That's a small thing and didn't make a difference to how well the house and owners were.

Beautiful Beach House

Overall, the house was very clean and perfect for our family get together. Its in a great location and very close to the beach. The only downside was that we had wanted to use the hot tub and we were unable to get it working. The owner was quick to respond to our concerns but was unable to get someone out there to fix it before we left.

Amazing beach house!

We had such an amazing stay at this house! It is the perfect little getaway but with so much space! We did not want to leave. The outdoor shower was probably our favorite addition to the property to be able to rinse off after we got done at the beach! We will definitely be booking again and be return customers!

The house is clean, well supplied, and great for a vacation with children! The neighborhood is quiet and a short, comfortable walk to the beach. Adam and Nikki are excellent hosts; great communication and incredibly accommodating. We truly enjoyed everything about our stay!

Nice little 3 bedroom with private parking 1 block from beach. Had an issue on arrival which the manager totally took care of. In a nice location, close to retail but quiet. Will stay here again.

Cozy and Welcoming

We had a great time staying at this property. The house felt very welcoming. Plenty of comfortable beds, amazing back yard and a spacious layout. The house is stocked with everything you need. There are even plenty of games for rainy days. My family enjoyed the hot tub and all the beach equipment (we felt it was worth it to pay the beach equipment rental fee). My favorite amenity was the outdoor shower. I also appreciated the fact that I was able to bring my small dog. The beach is an easy, short walk. Restaurants, shops and the cocoa beach pier are just a short drive away. Another huge plus is that the property owner is wonderful about communications. They are friendly and quick to answer any questions. We will be back, for sure!

Perfect Family Beach House!

This spot was perfect for our young family (kids are 4, 5, and 6 years old). Easy walk across the street to a great beach and the amenities/toys and books for the kids was a fun extra! Everything was clean, and a fun outdoor area (hot tub and hang out area). Everything was easy and good communication with host. Just had everything we needed.

Great property!

The location of the house is just a short walk away from beach access. Hot tub, fire pit and outside shower were all a plus. Electricity went out very late at night. I messaged owner and was answered back within 5 minutes! Lots to do and see in Coco Beach. We will definitely be back!

Adorable backyard

My husband and our 4 kids plus my dad all stayed comfortably in this adorable beach house. The backyard was so cute and we all loved soaking our soar muscles in the hot tub. While the beach is very close you do have to cross a busy street to get there and there are lots of sharp shells in the water, but we did find a large conch shell which was fun. We had so much fun playing on the beach and fishing there in the evening, but to swim during the day we felt it safer to drive down to the park and swim near the life guards. The house is centrally located near all the fun things and restaurants. We made the hour long drive to kayak in the Indian River to see the bioluminescent water and it was totally worth it! All of us ranging from age 7 to 73 loved it. Some of us also enjoyed driving only 20 minutes south to watch a sea turtle come out of the ocean to lay her eggs on the beach with the Sea Turtle Preservation Society. And we all loved renting the wagon, umbrella, and boogie boards. Totally worth the extra fee.

Excellent Location

Pros-My family and I loved the location within a short walk to the dog beach. The ability to have my therapy animal with me was greatly appreciated. The house was clean and easy to maintain with the outside shower and all tile floors. The back yard was great with the hot tub, seating, and coal grill. The amenities in the house were very helpful. Owner responses were sent within a few hours. Cons-The owner tried his best to get the AC repaired when it broke half-way through our stay. Sadly, the online listing indicated 2 bathrooms and included beach equipment which were both inaccurate. Unannounced maintenance visits were unsettling. Thank you for a nice family vacation!

Spectacular place to stay

This location was a beatutiful place with many ammenities I didn't expect to have. There were options for infants and kids of all ages with board games and things to keep everyone happy. A fire pit and grill for making smores and a hot tub to relax or options to sit in the sun. Adam was also great to reach if there were any questions about anything. I would definitely stay again plus it only a short walk to the beach. 😊

Loved the back yard. Could spend entire vacation just leaving there. But the beach is great too.

Spent a lot of time in back yard cooking, eating, relaxing. Short walk to the beach. Short enough to carry cooler no problem. Good sand and warm water. Had fun in the waves.

Wonderful place to stay

Wonderful place for a family vacation! We loved the outdoor atmosphere of the backyard with the fire pit and hot tub. Easy walk to the beach and renting their beach equipment made it for an easy vacation. Pet friendly. The host communicated with us very well.
