ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS HOUSE. Literally one of the nicest houses I’ve ever rented or booked. The pics don’t do that house justice, it is so carefully designed, super clean, and there was a lot to do to keep people occupied. The pool was nice and heated, the AC was controllable, the beds were comfy me and my friends really enjoyed our little staycation and the host communicated so well. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY

Such a wonderful place for our family of 12. We had two little ones and they enjoyed it as well. Close walk to the beach and lots of great eating options in walking distance. The pool and hot tub were lots of fun! Highly recommend!

Fantastic home just steps from the beach! Excellent location, clean house and a super fun back yard. We had a party of 14 including young children and everyone had adequate accommodations. We loved grilling outdoors and playing in the game room. Host was super responsive. 5 stars all the way!

Beach Vacation Time

The house was exactly as advertised. Although there were some very minor issues (I let the owner know about in a separate email) the overall experience was a top 10. We rented for a family reunion. We wanted it close to the beach and other places for kids. The walk to the beach was 1 block, the house was in the heart of Cocoa and plenty to do. The house had plenty of space - the beds were comfortable, and although no ceiling fans, they supplied plenty of room fans that were just as good. They had an outdoor shower that was a big hit with the kids. The pool was awesome, although it was quite warm until we asked them to kill the heater. The container pool is what sold me on this property. The kitchen(s) had lots of equipment and the Publix was 3 miles away so if we needed something it was a quick ride. There was a 7-11 and mini mart (walkable) for emergency supplies too. The only issue we found was that the mosquitos wanted to join the party! Bring spray. Also, they have artificial turf for grass, which can be very hot on your feet. The deck area and chairs are plastic gray, and we found them to be hot at times too. There is a shed full of beach items and pool floats too. They had a big summer kitchen in the back and they he mini fridge was great to store the juice boxes for the kids. You won’t be disappointed if you rent this property. The owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns. I would definitely go back!

Beautiful home just a short walk from the beach. My wife booked this property thinking it was on the beach but after a trip it took only minutes before we were playing on the sand. House was in great condition and the owners responded in a timely manner to and questions that we had. We look forward to coming to stay again next winter.

Fabulous Home for a Family Gathering

We had a fabulous family get together and this accommodation made it all the more special. Spacious house with room for all 11 of us! All the comforts of home and then some! We loved the location, backyard, container pool, game room, 2 kitchens and so much room to get comfortable and enjoy spending time together. Check-in was easy and we experienced great communication with the Host, who was always punctual. Highly recommend this property!

Fantastic Family Vacation

We absolutely loved this home! As a large family with 6 adult couples and a toddler, this home was ideal! A short walk to the beach and a pool/hot tub for the evening, walking distance to local eateries and room to find a quiet spot to relax with a good book. The hosts have thought of everything to make their home feel like a 5 Star resort. Games, books, toys for the littles, an amazing game room, and many other touches you will need to discover yourself when you book a vacation. . We also appreciated the communication from the hosts, especially as our stay overlapped with hurricane milton. They had maintenance in the area that took care of everything for storm prep.

This house was bigger & better than the listing showed. Our family loved the outdoor space, the huge top floor dining table, & the perfect location. We watched an amazing space launch from the top deck. What an experience!! Only issue we had was the top floor gathering area does get hot in the evening with the sun coming thru the large west facing windows. We just moved the tower fans from the top floor bedrooms into the area for dinner & game time to cool things down. Would definitely revisit this beautiful house if back in the area.

Escape to the Sea

We had a wonderful stay in Adam’s home. It had plenty of space for 12 of us and the kitchens were stocked with everything you need to meal prep and enjoy the meal on the huge table off the kitchen. We enjoyed the use of the container pool/hot tub. It was refreshing to take a dip in the pool, soak our sore muscles anfter enjoying the beach activities. The outdoor shower was awesome to rinse off after spending the day at the beach. Plenty of beach chairs to use and umbrellas. We enjoyed hanging out and visiting in the back yard and on the deck upstairs. Adam was a fantastic communicator and was quick to respond to my messages. The home is an easy block away from the entrance to the beach. It was an easy walk! There were restaurants, bars and ice cream shops within walking distance as well. The true highlight and bucket list for all of us was seeing 2 Spacex launches. Thank you Adam for sharing your retreat with my family.

Great outdoor space!

Overall had a great time at this property! The outdoor space was exceptional with a huge well-kept outdoor kitchen and the green space was great for yard games. The pool is a great size for younger kids to play in or for adults to just sit and relax in. We had some questions about the pool during our stay and the owner was incredibly responsive. My only feedback was that the first floor had a mildew smell when we first arrived. It dissipated after the first day so not a dealbreaker by any means.

Softball Spring Training Stay

Our high school girls softball team traveled to Florida for spring training for the week and we use the VRBO for several parents to stay. Wonderful location and proximity to the beach with so much space to spread out for everyone. Host was amazing and so prompt to communicate with. House was full of amazing amenities, including two kitchens, two laundry rooms, a fabulous outdoor kitchen, pool and toys for the beach.

Fabulous from start to finish!

We stayed at this property for Presidents Week and wish we could have stayed for a month. The house is perfect for a large family with lots of adults and kids; plenty of bedrooms, a bunkbed room that the grandkids loved, a huge game room for rainy days (we had one rainy day and this room saved us - the kids were happily entertained all day!). The upstairs is basically a modern loft, and we loved the open concept that allowed us to all be together; the primary BR is on the main floor (upstairs where the big kitchen and dining area are), which worked out nicely for us (grandparents). The bunkbed room and another BR were perfect for the grandkids and one set of parents. Gorgeous modern bathrooms everywhere. The downstairs provided more bedrooms plus more spacious bathrooms and another full kitchen. We used the BBQ almost every day, and ended our days at the cozy firepit. The beach is just a block away, and the house has a rooftop deck from which you can see the ocean and even Cape Canaveral (we saw a rocket launch!). The container plunge pool is great; it provided a relaxing hangout spot at the end of a busy day, and countless hours of fun for the littles. The host was very responsive to questions, and even changed the hours for the hot tub and pool to accommodate our request for some morning hours in the pool. Awesome experience from beginning to end - best vacation rental ever! Thank you to our gracious VRBO hosts for a wonderful week!
