Take out a kayak & explore the Thousand Islands where manatee and dolphins love to play. Or load up the beach wagon with all the provided gear & enjoy a sunny day at the ocean. Everything about this home is fabulous! The host is welcoming and provides great information about restaurants, shops and activities in the area. The house is well stocked with supplies, cooking equipment, etc. The setting is amazing. We saw dolphins, fish and a variety of birds along the canal behind the house. It's a lovely spot!!!

We had 2 families with 2 adults and 2 "kids" each (ages 17-21). The house was spacious and very clean. We used everything--the game room, the bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, hot tub, and the fire pit. We had a minor issue with a paddle board and the hosts fixed it within the hour! The hosts also left a basket of snacks and breakfast items! We cooked breakfast and nearly all lunches in the house each day. I highly recommend checking in before going to the store because there were more items than at most VRBOs (olive oil, cooking spray, salt, pepper, many other spices, paper towel, plenty of dishwasher pods, etc). There are so many places within walking distance--within a mile. The highlight of our trip was going to the New Year's Eve "Shark Drop" event!

Loved our time at Canopy Cove

My family of 8 (two families of 4) had a wonderful time at Canopy Cove. We could not have picked a better house or location. The beach was a short walk. We particularly loved that the house was directly on the canal and spent a great deal of time on the dock, paddleboarding, kayaking, etc. We had a family of manatees that visited the canal every day we were there. The house was very well appointed and comfortable. Our hosts literally thought of everything and were very good communicators. We will stay here again the next time we are in Cocoa Beach.

So much room for a larger group. Everyone had their own space. Much to do as a group at the home and the community. Could not ask for better hostess of the property! Would love to stay again!

Amazing property and amenities

This was the perfect place for my husband and I and two of our children today for a few days before heading to Orlando for our daughter’s gymnastics meet. It was within walking distance to the beach but parking was also available for a small fee at the beach access off 4th street. The kayaks were fun to explore the Thousand Islands. We also enjoyed the hot tub in the cool mornings and evenings. The house was clean and spacious with all the essential amenities plus many extras! The kids loved the game room too. We truly felt at home and more than comfortable at this property. We will definitely stay here again when in the area!

Amazing house on the inlet of Cocoa Beach!

Beautifully updated house located minutes from the beach and downtown Cocoa Beach. The owners were very accommodating and responsive to all of our requests and questions. We would definitely stay here again!

This has been an outstanding experience. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this place, its decoration, and how well it was set up to accommodate guests' comfort and convenience. We stayed as three different couples and had our private areas of the house. My friend also wanted to leave this feedback: "This home deserves a 5-star review. I am a guest who has owned rentals.
