TrÚs bel emplacement à cÎté de la mer

Tout Ă©tait parfait si ce n’est que je trouve le logement un peu petit pour 4. Il n’y avait que deux chaises pour s’assoir. Sinon nous avons adorĂ© la dĂ©co, l’emplacement, le prĂȘt des chaises et bodyboards, la laverie. La climatisation Ă©tait trĂšs bruyante et forte dans la chambre. Nous n’avons pas rĂ©ussi Ă  la rĂ©gler. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour 2 Je recommande

Fantastic ocation

The location of this property was FANTASTIC!!! Very short walk to a private beach! We stayed 7 nights and everyday sat in the same exact location on the beach! So quiet and we will definitely be back to this area! Only downfall to condo was storage, I’m a unpacker and hate to live out of a suitcase but here you have to live out of your suitcase! It was the perfect size for my husband and I but added a 3rd person our last few nights and it’s a little tight!

Relaxing Stay at Coco Sands

We (one adult and one teen) thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Coco Sands! Unit 2 fronts a main road, but sound was not a problem – the walls are thick and we kept windows closed and a/c on. It is a very short walk to the beach through a very unbusy parking area (we waited for a car once over four days!) There is an ample quantity of beach accessories – umbrellas, chairs, mats, and boogie boards. I believe there is a box of toys for younger kids as well. There is an outdoor shower and a nice shared deck. Unit was stocked with salt, pepper, sugar, and olive oil upon our arrival. The kitchen had plenty of plastic containers for leftovers. During our stay (April 2025) this section of the beach was very unpopulated, we felt as though we had the whole beach to ourselves and loved this part of town. No complaints! Unit is plenty big enough for a party of 2. We felt a third person would have fit fine, four might be tight but if you spend as much time on the beach as we did it should be ok. I am realizing the ad says “oceanfront” – this might be a stretch since you have to walk there and the ground floor unit has no view whatsoever. However, the walk to the beach is so short there is no need to pack for a beach day, you can quickly and easily return to the unit for rest and replenishment. The property itself is definitely oceanfront, but this particular unit is not.

Very Accommodating

It has easy access to the units themselves and also the beach. Our unit was small but was updated and well equipped. Management even provided a new mattress for us. The maintenance person Vinny was especially helpful. She went out of her way to make our stay an enjoyable one. With only 7 units, we socialized with the other guests

The unit was ok. Bed was very comfortable but smaller than we like. Nice access to the beach, patio and chairs facing the beach but no umbrella. Good central cocoa beach location.

Cozy beach house!

Extremely well-managed! The listing was a little misleading. Our unit face the street and you had to walk the length of the units to be at the beach. Also no in unit washer and dryer. They were on site and coin operated. A very cute little place! I would still stay there again but get a different unit, one with outdoor space.

Cozy beach getaway

Great location. Close to Cocoa Beach. A stones throw from the beach. Very clean. Any issues were dealt with in a prompt and friendly manner. If you get a chance watch a rocket launch from the beach. So cool. A great months stay.

The accommodations were exactly as described. Lovely, clean place with awesome direct beach access. Spent the days longboarding and it was a quick drive to restaurants and shops. Host always responded quickly if I had a question. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Great!

Location was great, very quiet and laid back. Unit was clean and had everything we needed! Unit is small but good size for two adults and small children. Easy access to the beach was an added plus! Great communication with the owners and quick response, we had some WiFi trouble due to a storm but it was fixed in a timely manner and the owner was super quick to get in touch with me! Overall we had a great week!

Vacation paradise

We had a wonderful time. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including beach gear. Check in/check out was a breeze. The area was quiet and just slightly removed from all the hustle of the main strip, but everything we needed was only minutes away. We will definitely be staying here again in the future! Thank you!

Great place!

This was a great location and just steps to the beach. Very clean and comfortable. They had so much inventory of beach chairs, umbrellas and boards! I was worried that being in the front unit on Atlantic Ave would be a bit noisy but that was not the case at all! Very pleased with our stay!

There was some confusion at check in. But the place was clean. A little smaller than appeared in photo. Located right on the beach but our unit faced a road. Also not walking distance to any places to eat. Otherwise it was comfortable and had what we needed.

Great spot!

Cocoa Sands is about a 5 minute drive to downtown Cocoa Beach, and has direct beach access. The place was really clean, and the bed was comfortable. The property has tons of boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrellas that you can use freely. The owner left us beach towels and sunscreen. If you’re staying with 4 adults, it is very close quarters. The bathroom is located in the main bedroom, so all adults come and go through the bedroom. Our group didn’t mind this, but I thought it would be important to note. We would definitely stay again!
