Nestled in a lush, green tropical garden is Colwin's Place Condo # 2. The Condo has full kitchen, living room, dining/office table & free Wi-Fi. Colwin's Place is located less than a 15 to 30-minute bicycle ride from the beaches, attractions, & restaurants. Sleeping arrangements are a queen bed sleeping up to two (2) guests and a living room futon bed sleeping two (2) guests. Under the gazebo & lanai, guests may watch the sunrise while sipping a cup of tea & watch the sunset while enjoying a glass of wine. BOOK NOW!

Colwin's Place one-bedroom and one-bathroom condo is equipped with a full kitchen with modern appliances, a living room, a dining table/office table, and free Wi-Fi. This condo is a home away from home nestled in a beautiful garden setting with a superb gazebo with comfortable outdoor furniture that seats eight (8) guests for an informal lunch or dinner or just to meet and greet and a lovely lanai that may seat up to twenty (20) guests for an informal lunch or dinner or just to meet and greet.

Colwin's Place Condo # 2, on the first floor, has a queen bed that sleeps two (2) adult guests or one (1) adult guest and two (2) children guests, a living room futon bed sleeping two (2) guests and a crib that sleeps a baby guest one-year-old or less (Guests must request in advance to use the baby crib, high chair, baby changing mat, and baby bath tub as these items are not in the condo, but on the property. Guests must pay upon check-in a cash damage deposit of $50.00 to use each baby item). Condo # 2 sleeps four (4) guests or four (4) adult guests.
Pictures of the sleeping arrangements and condo decorations are in the photo section of the condo listing. Colwin's Place Condo # 2 ONLY has air condition in the bedroom, just like most short-term rentals on the islands.

Colwins Place Condo # 2 sleeps four (4) guests or four (4) adult guests, Colwin's Place Condo # 3 sleeps eight (8) guests or seven (7) adult guests, Colwins Place Condo # 4 sleeps four (4) guests or four (4) adult guests, whilst Colwin's Place Condo # 5 sleeps up to seven (7) guests or five (5) adult guests. All four (4) Colwin's Place Condo welcomes families, groups, girls' trips, guys trips, wedding and honeymoon groups or medium to large groups on a whole.
Guests who wish to book all four (4) Colwin's Place Condos for approved events may send a request to the host as all four (4) Colwin's Place Condos sleeps a maximum of up to thirty-three (33) guests or a maximum of up to twenty (22) adult guests.

With the cool unpolluted Atlantic Ocean breeze flowing through the large living room and kitchen windows with the elegant Home Decorators Collection window blinds open and the efficient high-velocity circulation of cool Atlantic Ocean breeze by the Hunter ceiling fans, Colwin's Place condo # 2 has at most times, constant cool Atlantic Ocean breeze flowing through the condo all year round keeping the condo very cool, especially during the summer months. Colwin's Place Condo # 2 ONLY has air condition in the bedroom, just like most short-term rentals on the islands.

GUEST MUST TURN OFF ALL AIR CONDITIONERS, AND ALL TELEVISIONS, TURN OFF ALL APPLIANCES (NOT REFRIGERATOR OR WATER HEATER), TURN OFF THE STOVE, TURN OFF ALL KITCHEN AND BATH FAUCETS, AND CLOSE ALL KITCHEN DRAINS, BATHTUB DRAIN, AND VANITY/FACE BASIN DRAIN WHEN NOT IN USE AND WHEN LEAVING THE CONDO.

GUESTS WHY PAY FOR TWO OR MORE HOTEL ROOMS OR TWO OR MORE CONDOS TO SLEEP UP TO A GROUP OF FOUR (4)? BOOK COLWIN'S PLACE CONDO # 2 NOW AND SLEEP FOUR (4) GUESTS IN COLWIN'S PLACE CONDO # 2 FOR LESS THAN THE PRICE OF TWO HOTEL ROOMS OR TWO CONDOS THAT MAY ONLY SLEEP TWO GUESTS. GUESTS MUST INPUT THE EXACT NUMBER OF GUESTS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING COLWIN'S PLACE CONDO # 2.

Colwin's Place endeavors to protect the natural environment by employing the use of LED light bulbs for guests' benefit, large reusable dispensing bottles to dispense body wash, shampoo/conditioner, and lotion, and guests' free use of bicycles (bicycle use does not pollute the environment). Additionally, Colwin's Place has a PUR Plus water filter installed onto the kitchen faucet so guests may enjoy, (free of charge) clean, crisp, and tasty filtered water to reduce guests' use and reliance on bottled water as plastic bottles are not good for the environment. Often Colwin's Place will employ other environmentally friendly practices to reduce Colwin's Place and its guests' carbon footprint on the natural environment and to save and protect it.

At the time of booking Condo # 2, all guests must input the exact number of guests who will occupy the condo. The host has the right to turn away the unregistered extra guests as only the exact number of registered guests in the reservation/booking will be accepted to stay in condo # 2. Hosts may allow guests to contact VRBO.com to change the reservation to reflect the exact number of registered guests. Lastly, the host reserves the right to report the unregistered guests to VRBO.com and the host may ask VRBO.com to cancel the reservation and issue no refund to the guests as this action violates the host House Rules regarding unregistered guests.

Colwin's Place welcomes all guests, including Short/Midterm Guests, business guests, Digital Nomads, and guests with babies.

BOOK COLWIN'S PLACE CONDO # 2 NOW AND YOU WILL ENJOY RELATIVELY LOWER NIGHTLY RATES, (LESS THAN ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY DOLLARS ($160.00) PER NIGHT FOR FOUR (4) GUESTS) AND YOU MAY USE COLWIN'S PLACE FOUR (4) FREE TO USE BICYCLES FOR A FEW MINUTES BICYCLE RIDE TO THE BEACHES WITH FREE-TO-USE BEACH UMBRELLAS AND BEACH TOWELS. COLWIN'S PLACE CONDO # 2 SLEEPS UP TO FOUR (4) GUESTS AND GUESTS MUST INPUT THE EXACT NUMBER OF GUESTS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THE CONDO.

Colwin's Place may assist guests with recommendations for scuba diving, available watersports, dining out, horseback riding, car rental, taxi, and other tourist-related activities available on the island. Importantly, for guests who book a stay at Colwin's Place and wish for Colwin's Place to assist guests with on-island wedding plans, catering for weddings and honeymoons, Colwin's Place may assist provided guests give Colwin's Place 3-6 months advance notice.

Colwin's Place in-house Guest Guidebook has many great tips guests may need to make their stay comfortable and enjoyable in Colwin's Place Condos # 2, 3, 4 & 5 and on the island.

WHILST THE QUILT/BLANKET/COMFORTER IS TO KEEP GUESTS WARM DURING COLD NIGHTS, GUESTS MUST NEVER LAY ON THE QUILT/BLANKET/COMFORTER BECAUSE IT IS DIFFICULT TO GET STAINS AND DIRT FROM THE WHITE FABRIC.

GUESTS MUST NOT PUT MAKEUP AND OTHER STAINS ON THE TOWELS AND BED LINEN AS IT IS DIFFICULT TO REMOVE THEM AND HOST MAY CHARGE GUESTS FOR STAINED BEDLINEN AND TOWELS.

GUESTS ARE FREE TO USE THE BBQ GRILL, BUT GUESTS MUST CLEAN THE BBQ GRILL AFTER USE OR PAY A BBQ GRILL CLEANING FEE OF $75.00.

COLWIN'S PLACE ALLOWS GUESTS TO CHECK IN EARLY OR CHECK OUT LATE UNLESS NO GUESTS ARE CHECKING OUT OR CHECKING IN THAT SAME DAY. THE EARLY CHECK-IN FEE IS $100.00 AND THE LATE CHECKOUT FEE IS $100.00.

FOUR (4) BICYCLES ARE AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS' USE, FREE OF CHARGE, FOR GETTING AROUND THE ISLAND FOR BANKING, DINING OUT, GROCERY SHOPPING, AND GUESTS ' GENERAL TRANSPORTATION NEEDS. GUEST MUST PAY A DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF $50.00 BEFORE USING EACH BICYCLE.

Guests at Colwin's Place are free to use the gazebo and lanai for relaxation whilst enjoying an afternoon tea or coffee or their favorite wine or cocktail while using the BBQ Grill, free of charge, to cook their eclectic or local cuisine.
