- 6 bedrooms: All queen beds with window/portable ACs. 5 bedrooms on second floor and 1 bedroom on the main floor.

- 3.5 baths: 2 full bathrooms on the second floor and 1.5 bath on the main floor.

- Backyard: Fully fenced with private pool (not heated), BBQ(Propane), fire pit (Propane), and patio seating.

- Heating is central while Air conditioning in all 6 bedrooms only.


Guests will have access to the entire house.
Basement is unfinished, and is not for guest`s access.

House Rules:

- No smoking in the house. If house rule is violated, there`s a $300.00 de-smoking fee.

- Strictly no parties and events.

- No loud music is allowed in the backyard anytime.

- No unauthorized guests allowed.

- Pets only allowed if included in the reservation. No pets on any furniture. (beds, sofa, etc.)
