Welcome to Casa Swell, your boutique getaway in the heart of Santa Teresa. Just a 1-minute walk to the beach entrance, supermarket, cafes, shops, the popular "Jungle gym" The Lifeguards gym. 5/10minute walk from the popular spot "Somos", where we have also collaborated with and offer our guest discounts. 10/15minute walk from the popular spots UMA, Kooks and Banana beach.
The Penthouse is located on the 3rd floor in a 3 story 3 unit boutique building with a 360 balcony that boast a beautiful mountain view and a shared pool where you can swim and relax in the sun.
The space:
- Two bedrooms with air conditioning & hanging wardrobe space.
- Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.
- Living area with large Smart TV, luxury sofa and Wi-Fi.
- Private outdoor patio with seating. Guest access
Guests share the pool, garden lounge, and outdoor shower. Free parking is available.
Other things to note:
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Laundry facilities: $10 per week (self-service) or $10 per load if handled by staff.
Daily cleaning services available.
