Lake House With Private Sandy Beach, Pet Friendly, Fishing, Hot Tub, BBQ, Fire-Pit, 1 Mile to Ocean

This wonderful single level three bedroom lake house is a perfect blend of coastal amenities. Sitting just up from the banks of Miles Lake you are one of two homes on this private lake with your own beach access. Whether you choose to paddle board, play in the lake, enjoy the fire-pit or just relax in and enjoy the sites you will love every moment here.

The three bedroom home is comfortable and cozy with new décor throughout. It is meant to be a laid back family oriented retreat for all ages with pets as well! As you enter you will notice a fantastic open floor plan connecting the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. The primary bedroom is to the lift with an en-suite bathroom and large closet with a desk if you need to get away for a bit of work. The other two bedrooms share another full bathroom.

The kitchen is fully stocked for your culinary enjoyment. The BBQ is set up and ready to go for your grilling desires. It sits on the back patio with additional seating and surrounded by trees and foliage. Further outside towards the back of the home sits the firepit and additional seating. Beyond there, is the path leading down to your own private sandy beach at the edge of the lake.

Without a doubt this is the perfect location to pop over for some fun at the beach, relax on the lake, enjoy the fire-pit, or any of the other amenities in and around this delightful home. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.

**Information** This is a stocked private fishing lake. Fishing is allowed by guests and most fish caught are lake trout averaging 12" to 15".

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Good beds, sheets and space. Could use a few more amenities (cooking stuff and an easier way to get into hot tub and manage hot tub cover) but the overall experience was solid. Comfortable and quiet.

Disappointed in management not home

This was a last minute booking to get out of town. Less than 48 hours after booking there was an ice event in the PNW effecting plans and ultimate travel. Property mgmt wasn’t flexible in cancelling since it was within the cancellation window (through I just reserved). Ultimately made it to the house and it was one of the cleanest VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed in. It was a shame the storm we arrived in knocked out the power leaving us without heat. The house was WiFi, if there is power, otherwise to make a call you have to be outside (in a storm) by the road. The after-hours PM customer service was frustrating to work with, not helpful, but responsive. Without power, King Tides flooding the area, with a medically sensitive situation (and no guarantee of power before dark, but rest assured the PM let me know there was an extra blanket in the closet) - we left after the first night into paying for all five nights. Only property complaint was about the hot tub, it needed service. PM said they would send someone, none the less, we weren’t there to confirm if it happened. Shame on the PM and I wish I could go back and complete my stay for a true property review.

Treat yourself to a big slice of heaven

Gorgeous and relaxing, large and comfy house nestled on a 'private' lake (shared with one other property). The view of lake, hot tub, fire pit, lake access, all amenities as described are wonderful. Communication was great with iTrip. Tip: The water toys are shared b/w properties first come first serve. You may find them on the beach at the other property. This location is great because its just off the beaten path. Beach, market and restaurants are all just around the bend. Pacific City has become our favorite.

Perfect getaway

We were planning a getaway for a few days and this was the perfect summer spot! It was hard to tell how close the house is to the beach and town by looking on the map, but we were pleased to find that it was all super close! The view was breathtaking and the hot tub could not be beat. Thank you for such a wonderful trip! We had a fantastic time!

Lovely get away with no people to interact with!

We needed to get away from town and people and this house was perfect. Had our own home with room for our Littles to roam. The view was beautiful and close to everything. The beach down the road was beautiful and everyone in town was super friendly. 👌 the rooms were exactly like the pictures and we were very impressed with the home.

Get away from it all!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for our family of 5, however the couch could be a little bigger for alp of us to sit comfortably. The hot tub was set on EC which made the temp go down to 64. We figured it out, and it was a nice cozy 104° the following morning. Plenty of cooking utensils, BBQ worked great for our tri tip! Our daughter immediately grabbed a SUP and cruised around the lake. Husband and kiddos fished a bit, bit no luck! Summer time would be excellent here! However we enjoyed our hot soak while over looking the lake, and waking up to snow was the icing on the cake! Thank you again!

Great place to relax

Can’t wait to return

Finding a lovely Lakehouse with this much privacy that close to some of the best beaches in Oregon was a dream come true. The fact that there were water toys and a hot tub made it paradise. We very much enjoyed the paddleboat and the Eagles flying overhead.
