Featuring a private dock with 2 PWC lifts, swim platform, swim mat, kayak, paddle board, pedal boat, and water toys, this home is built for lake enjoyment. With two lakefront living areas, huge decks and patios, and family-friendly amenities throughout, it offers the ideal balance of fun, comfort, and convenience on the water!

• 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom lakefront home in a protected cove
• Sleeping includes 2 queen beds, 3 twin beds, and 2 queen sleeper sofas

The private dock is fully equipped with a swim platform, swim mat, ladder, kayak, pedal boat, and plenty of water toys for all-day enjoyment. Spend evenings on the huge lakefront deck and patios, grilling and gathering around the firepit. With multiple outdoor seating areas and direct water access, the setup makes it easy to stay outside from sunrise to sunset.

Inside, Jack's Hideaway is designed for comfort and connection with two full living rooms—one on each level—both featuring lakefront views and direct access through sliding glass doors. The layout gives groups space to spread out while still staying connected. The lower-level mini kitchen adds convenience for extended stays or multi-family groups. With thoughtful family-friendly features and entertainment options throughout, the home works perfectly for both relaxing and active stays.
Nearby Lake Activities & Entertainment
Located in Climax Springs at the 55MM, this property places you near some of the most desirable boating destinations on the lake. By water, you're within reach of popular spots like Red Fox Marina, Boondocks, The Wet Spot, Patriot's Point, The Cave, and several waterfront restaurants and bars. By land, explore nearby marinas, casual dining, and local lake favorites throughout the west side of the lake. The area is known for excellent fishing, boating, and easy access to open water while still enjoying the quieter cove setting.

• We supply propane for the grill
• Wood is not provided for the fire pit
• Wood burning fireplaces are not available for guest use
• This property is accessed through a mix of paved and gravel roads. Drivers may encounter steep hills and narrow roadways. Please use caution while navigating. In winter, roads may ice over and become difficult to navigate.
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
• This property does not permit loud parties such as bachelor and bachelorette parties. Gatherings that are responsible and respectful are permitted.
Pet-Friendly Property Guidelines
• Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
• Pets must be on a leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
• Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone
• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

• A video/audio doorbell at the entry for secure access
• Decibel measuring devices are installed both indoors and outdoors to maintain noise control standards
• Smart lock systems for timed guest access, ensuring your safety and convenience

We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.
Location Activities:
Amazing activities are available throughout the lake area all year long. The Visitor Convention Bureau and your host offer event information for the time of your stay.
