Narambla Estate features a split-system unit in the combined kitchen and dining area, with a wood fireplace anchoring the lounge for cool evenings. Each of the four bedrooms is appointed with a portable oil heater and electric blanket.
COME INSIDE THE HOME:
BNB Made Easy is a professional short-term rental property management company, so rest assured your stay at Narambla Estate will be professionally managed, thoughtfully prepared, and easy to settle into. Set on rural acreage in Clifton Grove, the home opens onto an alfresco patio with BBQ and open country views â the kind of quiet that's hard to find five minutes from a city centre. Four bedrooms â one with ensuite â give families or two-couple groups room to spread out, with the wood fireplace in the lounge for cool nights and an entertaining/bar retreat for evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen comes with Nespresso and is ready for fresh produce from the Orange Farmers' Market (second Saturday monthly in Robertson Park). Orange CBD, the city's wineries and Banjo Paterson Memorial Park â at the site of the original Narrambla property â are all a short drive from the door.
THE LOCATION:
Narambla Estate sits on acreage in Clifton Grove, about 5 minutes' drive north-east of Orange CBD via Ophir Road.
North Orange Shopping Centre (9 Telopea Way, ~5 min drive) covers groceries and everyday essentials. The Orange CBD â about the same drive â opens up Hey Rosey for wine, Lucetta and the Schoolhouse at The Union Bank for dining, and Byng Street Local Store and Groundstone for coffee. Banjo Paterson Memorial Park sits at 330 Ophir Road, a couple of minutes up the road from the property, marking the original Narrambla birthplace site.
For wine, Mortimer's Wines (780 Burrendong Way) is the closest cellar door, around 5 minutes north. Swinging Bridge Wines (701 The Escort Way) is roughly 15 minutes via the city, and ChaLou Wines (569 Emu Swamp Rd, Canobolas) is about 20 minutes south-west. Lake Canobolas (12km) and the Mount Canobolas hiking trails (13km) are both a short drive west, with Borenore Caves a little further on.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property for the duration of their stay.

Orange is a beautiful city distinguished by its gorgeous tree-lined streets, charming heritage houses and fresh local produce. Home to just over 40,000 people, this significant regional centre hosts an exciting calendar of events including festivals of food and wine, cycling, running, hot-air ballooning and poetry. Over 80 vineyards surround Orange producing distinguished cool-climate wines.

FIREPLACE & FIREPIT: This property features a fireplace and/or firepit for you to enjoy during your stay. Please note that firewood is not provided.
There are several local shops where you can purchase firewood on your way into town, or if you prefer, weâd be happy to arrange this for you through the Boarding Pass link included in your booking confirmation and other correspondence from us.
PORTACOT: A portacot is provided as part of our family amenities. Please bring your own cot linen, as this is not supplied.
