It consists of a spacious living room, combined kitchen and dining room, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a utility room.Entry to the property is at the side of the building into a bright hallway at ground-floor level. The accommodation is upstairs. When you ascend the stairs, you will find a cosy living room and kitchen to the back of the property. It is furnished with comfortable modern couches, a large coffee table and Irish channels on the TV.The living area also has the added benefit of a tea and coffee station, as well as a wine and beer fridge – a perfect space for entertaining or simply relaxing with a coffee and a book.
The combined kitchen and dining room is to the rear of the property and is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay. It includes a dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster and ample tableware and cookware. The dining area has a large table and chairs which will comfortably seat all guests. The nearby utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.The property has five bedrooms: two king-size bedrooms, two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, sleeping 9 in total.
