Summary:

As world travelers, your hosts are fascinated by maps and have decorated the apartment with some of their favorites - both local and from around the globe.



The apartment was just renovated from floor to ceiling in the summer of 2019, so you'll enjoy a brand new space that's clean and modern and has everything you need for your time in Cleveland.



We're just 10 minutes from the Cleveland Clinic, Case Western Reserve University, and all the cultural treasures of University Circle.



The Space:

It's clean, modern, fun, and all yours!



Guest Access:

The entire studio apartment will be all yours. Laundry area and outside spaces are shared with fellow guests/tenants.



The Neighborhood:

The immediate neighborhood is quiet and residential. The lively Cedar-Lee entertainment district is within walking distance. Our favorite recommendations will be provided in the Guest Manual in the apartment.



Getting Around:

Uber/Lyft are typically the best way for guests to get around Cleveland. You can also take one of the several RTA buses that run near the house.

3rd Floor Unit w/Stairs -- This apartment is on the third floor of a three-family building. Guests are expected to treat the entire building like their home and the tenants like their neighbors.



NOTE - Currently the City of Cleveland Heights only allows for stays 1 week or more. If you are looking for a shorter-term stay please reach out to us and we can re-direct you to listings in other communities in close proximity that would fit your needs. Thank you.





Cable TV -- Cable TV is provided via Sling TV Orange + Blue package. Please visit Sling for details. Our Roku device will give you access to any apps that your personally subscribe to, such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. There is no DVD player.



Kitchen Amenities -- Due to local regulations this unit does not have an oven/stove or a dishwasher. Instead we have provided a microwave, toaster, Instapot, and coffee machine for your convenience. Please clean any appliances and dishes you use before leaving.



Parking -- One off street parking space is provided behind the house FOR MID SIZED VEHICLES ONLY! Oversized vehicles such as SUVs will not fit in the driveway.***

Street parking is free however we must note that there are parking restrictions over night from 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m, unless information on your vehicle is submitted to the city. It is actually very easy so do not worry!



Interaction with Guests:

We are nearby if needed but generally do not interact with guests face-to-face.
