The Space:

Step inside a welcoming retreat where comfort and connection come naturally. Share stories around the dining table, enjoy friendly competition in the game room, or take a quiet moment on the back deck surrounded by fresh air. With thoughtful spaces for gathering and relaxing, every corner of this home invites you to settle in.



Sleeping arrangements

The master suite offers a king bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. A second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third features another king bed. For additional sleeping space, the basement includes a full pull-out sofa. A second full bathroom is available, complete with dual sinks and a tub/shower combination.



Living areas

The open-concept design connects a cozy living room, dining space, and kitchen. Gather on sectional seating around the decorative fireplace (not for use) and watch TV, or share meals at the dining table with seating for eight. The kitchen includes an island with seating for four, along with appliances and essentials for preparing your favorite dishes.



Game and fitness spaces

Head downstairs to the basement for entertainment, where an air hockey and ping pong table, a Pac-Man arcade game, and an N64 console with four controllers await. A smart TV provides another spot to relax. On the unfinished side of the basement, you will also find a stationary bike. In the attached garage, a treadmill and two bikes are available if you want to ride to the nearby park.



Outdoor living

Step out to the back deck to enjoy nature and outdoor dining. A BBQ grill is provided, and a propane fire table adds warmth on cooler evenings. The private backyard, though not fully fenced, includes open space and outdoor furniture where you can relax.



Everyday comforts

The home includes washer and dryer, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, central air conditioning, heating, ceiling and portable fans, and Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace in a room with a door. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and security cameras with a Ring doorbell at the entrance.



Perfect for families

Traveling with little ones is made easier with a crib or pack ’n play available upon request, as well as board games for all ages.



Neighborhood

Located in Strongsville, the home is close to shopping, restaurants, and Cleveland Metroparks. Downtown Cleveland and the airport are only a short drive away, offering both convenience and access to city attractions.



Pet-friendly

Bring your furry friends along, as the home is pet-friendly and assistance animals are always allowed.

đŸ€«Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.

🚭If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning.

🚬 Smoking outside is permitted.

đŸŸ A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.

đŸš« Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.

This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Great neighborhood and so clean

We loved our stay at this home. The neighborhood was so safe and the house was incredibly clean! I had my two kids and in laws with me, there was plenty of room. Incredibly convenient to shops and I was truly just overwhelmed with house safe I felt here. Great spot to try and communication with the landlord was phenomenal. Highly recommend this property.

Sibling gathering

Every year my siblings and I try to gather at a location where we can just enjoy each other's company and have a little bit of fun. Since we all come from the Cleveland area in our childhood, it seemed to be a perfect location to rent a home and go to a Guardians game. This home had everything that we were looking for and had space enough to relax. We had an opportunity to communicate with Dan and the owner and we couldn't be more pleased with their responsiveness. They were quick to respond to every question. They were the perfect hosts! I asked my siblings and it was unanimous, we would not hesitate to stay at this home again!

Overall a great stay. A great location. My sister dropped off a keurig coffee maker. Saw you had supplied one. Thank you. Dishwashwer and disposal was not working. Reset breaker in garage and worked after that. Tub was also slow to drain. Had Mom's memorial. Great to stay in your location with family. Thank you.

Even better than the pictures. This home is like new and immaculate. It was very comfortable and well equipped. We loved the location, quiet and serene neighborhood yet 15-20 min to downtown Cleveland.

Great house-allows family to be in same space for visiting

This home has been freshly remodeled and it shows. It's roomy, comfortable and we found it very clean. The open plan was welcomed for our needs. Nice bedding, good mattress, soft sheets, lots of towels, kitchen fully equipped, brand new appliances throughout, wonderful step-out patio, off street parking, plenty hot water, two car garage (also fresh) and basement with games! The neighborhood felt very safe for dog walking. Good quick communications with Owner, if needed. A big Wal-Mart is 5 mins away! Thank you, we would book this property again in future.
