đŸ€« Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.

🚭 If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning

🚬 Smoking outside is permitted

đŸŸ A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.

đŸš« Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.

This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.

đŸ€« Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.

đŸ‘«We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!

If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $400 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



📌NOTE: Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end.

The property was extremely clean when we arrived and as pictured. We arrived in the middle of January when there was over a foot of snow on the ground and unfortunately, the sidewalk from the driveway to the back door had not been shoveled for us. Probably not something the cleaners thought of, but would have been helpful as we unloaded our belongings. However, once we were settled, it was easy to maintain that sidewalk so we always had a clear path inside.Because we ended up staying for three months, we did have to buy a few things for the kitchen that were not provided and the number of dishes was pretty limited. But it is more than adequate for a short-term stay. We had a couple of maintenance issues come up while we were there and the management team was very quick to respond and address them.

Fantastic place to stay

I was recovering from transplant surgery and need to be in Cleveland for about 6 weeks after discharge from the hospital. Everything was top notch with all of the amenities included, including stuff for my dog that stayed with me part of the time. Having the whole house was great and nice new TV's and kitchen with laundry. The communication with the host was instantaneous with issues I had regarding the Internet and TV. Everything should be set up and fixed now without issue.The only thing to consider here is that the one bathroom is upstairs. If stairs are an issue, just be aware of that.Otherwise, I would highly recommend this place.

Great Place

House was very nice and in a great neighborhood. Close to shopping and Cleveland Clinic. My husband ended up with some setbacks and luckily I was able to stay there longer. Host worked with me and made everything super easy.
