Other things to note
Plenty of parking for all guest vehicles. There is a garage available for 3 cars. We limit overnight cars on the driveway to 3 maximum.

- Noise disturbances beyond community standards.
- Outdoor music or external speakers of any kind.
- Events, gatherings, or parties without approval.
- Smoking indoors (any substance) — $600 fine.
- More than six vehicles or any street parking.
- No fireworks.
