Our property is located in a quiet residential area of Strongsville, Ohio, with easy access to major highways like I-71 and the Ohio Turnpike. If you're looking to explore the area, we recommend renting a car or using a taxi or rideshare service like Uber or Lyft. There are also several nearby attractions worth checking out, including the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, which are best reached by car or public transportation. For guests bringing their own car, there is a private parking spot available on the property!

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



đŸš«Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



đŸ€« Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100

❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $300 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end.

Super easy check in. Service was great. This is owned by a corporation - not individual. Great property. Love the location. Only issues are the bedrooms are too bright. Could use curtains. Also property had funny smell like dry rot maybe. Inside is great but outside needs some maintenance. Overall great and would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Stay

We couldn't have asked for anything more. Upon arrival, the home was nice and cool during a heat advisory, everything was perfectly clean, and the location was fantastic. Host was always quick to respond and made sure we had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Hope to stay here again. Can't recommend enough!

We had a great stay. This house is well furnished, clean, the beds are comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and it is in a great location; plenty of restaurants close by. Communication with the rental company was immediate and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again and I do hope it’s available for us next time.

Cozy and quiet stay in Strongsville

The house seemed plenty big enough for our stay. Decorated really cute. We appreciated the coffee supplies and access to a washer and dryer as well as detergent and dryer sheets. House is well stocked with necessities. The neighborhood is clean, quiet and the house has a big yard. Host communication was excellent.

Superior communication & convenient location

Host was super responsive w questions & clarification prior arrival & during stay. My family didn’t cook or used any utensils/tools. Glad to see coffee filters available onsite. Didn’t know bathroom soap, shampoo & conditioner were available. Grateful to have a clean location especially w/ a highly allergic person in my family. We couldn’t figure out the TV & it was probably operator error. The location was ideal for us to visit family locally. The only unusual requests were no shoes in house & trash removal before departure. Never had that request from other hosts/locations. Not a deal breaker. Overall, would consider staying again if visiting family next time.

Secure, Cozy Home with Great Amenities

We couldn't have been more pleased with this property! The security system gave us peace of mind throughout our stay, and the cozy living room became our favorite spot to unwind after long days. The comfortable beds and dedicated garage space were much appreciated. The home had everything we needed and was clearly well-maintained. Would definitely book again!

Clean, well-lighted place!

Humble and unassuming outside (intended: to keep out the riff-raff), charming and cozy inside! Clean and well-lighted neighborhood. Laundry, kitchen, ample linens. A great place for a Cleveland visit. Close to Rt 82, Rt 42 and I71 so you can easily navigate to your favorite spots in town. Two queen sized beds in two rooms, plus a hideabed. Highly recommended. I would stay again!

Strongsville Gem

Delightful, super-clean, nicely maintained home in quiet neighborhood, spacious yard. Superb location, close to area restaurants, short drive to Baldwin Wallace, and quick 20 minute drive to downtown Cleveland. Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is a five minute walk down the block. :) Host is easy to contact and responds almost immediately to any questions. Highly recommended.
