Each unit features a warm and inviting living room with sectional sofas (one with a sofa bed), wall-mounted Smart TVs, and open layouts leading to dining areas. Fully equipped kitchens with quality appliances, cookware, dishwashers, and bar or table seating make cooking and gathering simple and enjoyable.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Unit 1: 2 upstairs bedrooms â 1 king with Smart TV, desk, and workspace; 1 queen with ample storage. Plus a sofa bed in the living room.
Unit 2: 2 upstairs bedrooms â 1 king with Smart TV; 1 queen.
Bathrooms: Each unit includes a full bathroom upstairs with a tub/shower combo. Both basements include convenient half baths.

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and youâll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they donât record conversations) to monitor levels.
đ Quiet hours: 10 PM â 8 AM
đž Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.
đ Smoking:
No smoking inside the house â $500 fine for violation

đ« Strictly Prohibited :
Underage drinking or drug use

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.
đ«We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if neededâbut donât worry, just send us the receipt and weâll reimburse you!
If itâs a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee
Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100
âPets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean â the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!
