Draps troués et service médiocre

L'hÎtel est plutÎt bien situé, prÚs de Cleveland. La chambre est assez grande mais avait quelques problÚmes : les lumiÚres ne s'allumaient pas toutes (ampoules grillées?), il y avait des trous dans les draps et de la moisissure autour de la baignoire. Toutefois, le pire a été l'employé qui nous a accueilli. Nous avons demandé un lit d'appoint, il nous a donné le tarif, nous avons donné notre carte de crédit et nous a dit qu'il apportait lit tout de suite. 30 minutes plus tard, rien. Nous sommes retournés le voir et il nous a dit que nous n'avions pas donné de carte de crédit. 20 minutes plus tard, il nous a amené le lit 20 minutes plus tard, avec un seul drap. Le petit déjeuner était plutÎt satisfaisant avec un choix assez large de produits proposés. HÎtel à éviter.

CLOSED DOWN - DO NOT BOOK!!!

Booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 3 nights and when we arrived, it was closed down!!! No phone call or email or any notice whatsoever. Prepaid over $500 and have nothing to show for it. We had to book rooms down the street which more than doubled the cost of our trip. I can’t get a response from the hotel and hotels.com is supposed to be ‘looking into it’ but we’re a month past and still nothing! This is simply shameful!

When the lyft brought me to the building, nobody was there! I called the number and it was no longer in service. I was not informed of the hotel closing or moving and was essentially abandoned without warning. Horrible experience. ***DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. IT MIGHT NOT EXIST***

When i arrived to check in, i received my room key. when i opened the room there was someone's belongings(suitcase and shoes) right in front of the door. I went down to the front desk to address the issue and the front desk worker notified me that there are no rooms available and he couldn't help me. This was 7/17/2021. I am currently still waiting for my refund. I wouldn't recommend staying at this location/

The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive. The whole hotel has a very strong cigarette smell, and the hotel is a bit run down (there is some maintenance work that is needed).

We stayed here after being unable to find any other hotels with vacancies nearby. This was the worst place I have stayed in 50 years of traveling. Carpets were dirty and stained, the room was not clean, even old food in the refrigerator. The bathroom floor was dirty and the toilet didn’t flush. Hate to write a bad review, but this place was awful. Avoid

The building was dirty, inside and out. Reviews over the past month cited numerous reports of bed bugs with a lack of acknowledgment by the management. I could not risk bringing bed bugs back to my house and family.

Our experince at this hotel was not great at all our room was never cleaned toliet was not flushing properly...we were non smokers put in smoking room we had an ironing board but no iron....carpet was so very dirty feet were black on the bottoms....management was not very friendly at all....no continental breakfast when website said there was....no pool when the website said there was one....at checkout guy looked like he was sleeping....i would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel it is so in need of very clean people at running this place....i think since i went through a third party me and my family deserve some type of refund for this days inn cleveland.....i have set up several hotels over the years and this hotel was very very very poor....

You get what you pay for

The hotel was what you expect for the price. First, the host gave us a key to a room which was already occupied and scared both parties when we opened the door to their room. When we got to our room, we made sure to double lock our room so it didn’t happen to us. Lol The beds are really hard and the blankets have holes. The bathroom and shower is pretty rough and needs maintenance. The bathroom light is outside the bathroom by the sink and mirror. You cannot turn the bathroom light on without turning on the light in the room. (We just used our phone light when we used the restroom in the middle of the night so we didn’t wake up the whole room.) It also had a slight smoke smell although it’s a nonsmoking room. It was a great price though!

Dirty, paint flaking in tub. Unhelpful front desk

Our non smoking room smelled like smoke. There were large paint chips flaking off the floor of the bathtub as well as a dirt spot on the bath mat hanging over the bathtub. The floor was dirty. It was disgusting. Not anywhere near worth the $125 we paid. When I told the front desk about the horrible condition of the tub and asked if we could have some sort of refund or discount he gave no apology and just gave me a flat, no. Will never ever stay here again. Up there with one of my worst hotel experiences.

I really usually and not a complainer but this got me good! And I’ll explain why! Usually I go to red roof or courtyard! But I wanted to be close to the office! BIGGEST MISTAKE! I reserved the business suite! It had old pizza left on the GLASS in the microwave! The garbage can was not empty! Some one didn’t flush a toilet! The hallways are stifling to the point of no breathing! I traveled up from southern Ohio and the woman who checked me is was a beautiful and sweet she was kind and I can’t blame her! She went on the phone call she received about the room from the housekeeper! He was an older gentleman who was sweet! I feel it’s an under staffed situation! But there was garbage food and toiletries everywhere! This time NOT HAPPY!

We found bed bugs and staff was rude.told us to contact Expedia who we booked through.After some time of talking to staff because couldn’t get through to Expedia.They gave us another room and it was horrible.Sunken I’m middle mattress and food garbage and broken shower head and hole in wall and dirty.Just left hotel without sleep and went to work and sat in car.

STAY AT A DIFFERENT HOTEL

On the surface this hotel seems old and rundown, but ok for a single night stay. Our specific room had a leaky a/c unit. So the carpet was soaking wet. We asked for a new room because we have two children and felt that the room condition would pose health risks...also, who wants a room with soaking wet carpet. We were told that there were no other rooms available (which I find highly unlikely). In addition to the carpet problem, our TV did not work. We asked for assistance, and received none. Lastly, the pool was not open, the property needs a lot of maintenance work, and the continental breakfast was nonexistent. I spoke to management several different times, and they were rude, unhelpful and just generally unpleasant and unaccommodating. Not what you want from a hotel staff or stay. I understand that there may be larger staffing issues. But these conditions were beyond unpleasant and we should have been given a different room or some sort of a refund at the very least. Check out the view from our room in the pics provided. :/ SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!

Our room was a smoking room (even though we do not smoke, it was all that was available), but it was still dirty. The bed was barely made, the carpet was sticky to walk on, the shower was dirty and had a hole in the surround. Part of the window was broken as well. I understand that the hotel was short staffed, but I don't feel that enough was done to make it comfortable for guests.

Worst hotel i have ever been in

Bedrooms were completely disgusting, beds unmade, bathrooms unclean. There were holes in the blankets from cigarette burns. We scoured all over both mattresses looking for bed bugs and thankfully didnt find any.had to wear shoes because the carpets were sticky feeling. When i learned i had accidently booked a smoking room the receptionist told me that it was too bad they dont switch rooms there. Photos on site need updated as the building and rooms probably havent looked like that in over a decade. I will never stay at any days inn again.

Terribly dirty had a huge cobweb hanging from ceiling about 18”x24” been their for awhile. Breakfast to go they informed me the night before, that morning they said they were sorry but had none to get them ready. Nasty place pictures are very misleading. If I could give it a minus I would. I will never stay a a Days Inn again 😝

We asked for a non smoking room, but they gave us a smoking room. We were moved to a different room, but the entire hotel smelled like smoke and urine. The bathroom was gross and the tub had grime all over it. The bedding smelled like smoke. We were getting a headache and getting nauseous after only being there for 30 minutes, so we checked out and went to a different hotel.
