â Driveway parking is available on the right side when facing the house. Please park carefully as the driveway is narrow and must not block the sidewalk (this may result in a ticket).
â The driveway is shared with the upper unit, so there is a possibility of being blocked in at times. If needed, guests may need to coordinate briefly with others to move vehicles.
â Street parking is also available. Overnight parking is allowed, but please be mindful of posted signs. Do not block driveways or park near fire hydrants, as towing is strictly enforced. For safety, avoid parking in the area near the hydrant and only park on the west side of the street, facing uphill.

Just minutes away, unwind at Edgewater Park, where sandy beaches and open green space meet the shoreline of Lake Erie. Swim, sunbathe, or take a relaxing walk along the water, and enjoy seamless access to the scenic Lakefront Bikewayâa beautiful route perfect for cycling or strolling with uninterrupted lake views.
