âœč Please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events. While we appreciate your interest in our property, we reserve the right to decline such guests.



âœč Please advise us of any allergies or sensitivities ahead of time so we can better prepare for your reservation.



âœč The rental rate does not include a daily housekeeping service. The unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for longer stays for an additional fee.



âœč Upon check-out, please ensure excess trash is placed in the large receptacles at the side of the house.

âœč We ask guests to enjoy and treat our home with the same love and respect as they treat their own home.



âœč For the comfort of all present and future guests, smoking and large gatherings or parties are not permitted inside the house. (if you break this rule, you will be asked to leave by the landlord).



âœč Moving or rearranging furniture within the property is strictly prohibited. Our team has carefully designed the layout for optimal functionality and aesthetics. This rule is in place to maintain the property’s condition and to prevent potential damage.



âœč Check-in is at 4 pm onwards and check-out time is at 10 am. Late check-outs will incur a fee of $65 per hour. After 2 hours, the rate increases to $130 per hour.



âœč Undeclared guests in the reservation are not allowed inside the property.



âœč STRICT QUIET HOURS 10PM - 7AM "Especially Outdoor"



âœč Damage to the property will incur the following charges:



Pet cleanup $500-$1000 (minimum), depending on the severity

Party cleanup $750 (minimum)

Smoking remediation $500 (minimum)

Towels $20 each

Linens $50 each

Comforter $200

Duvet cover $100



âœč Please note that there are exterior security cameras for monitoring. A noise monitoring device is installed inside the property.

đŸŸ We are pet-friendly! A $99 pet fee per pet, per stay applies. Please include your pet in your booking details so we can prepare accordingly.



🚗 Parking Details:

✔ You may park in the driveway on the right side when facing the house. Please drive carefully — the driveway is narrow, and vehicles should not block the sidewalk, as this may result in a ticket.

✔ Please note: This is a shared driveway with the upstairs unit. If you choose to park here, there’s a possibility of being blocked in. You may need to kindly say hello to the other guests/tenants if cars need to be moved.

✔ Street parking is available, but please note that the signs in the area can be a bit misleading. You’re allowed to park overnight on the street, just make sure not to block any driveways or park too close to the fire hydrant, as towing is strictly enforced (even if you’re not fully blocking it). To be safe, avoid the open section near the hydrant altogether. Only park on the west side of the street, facing uphill.

Getting Around:

There is a bus line that runs from Crocker Park in Westlake (on the west end) along Detroit Road all the way downtown (on the east end). There are many stops along Detroit Road (one block up the hill). Check out Cleveland RTA for more info.



There are usually plenty of Bird Scooters available to rent through the Bird app in the area. App will show locations of scooters.



You can walk to tons of shops, restaurants, venues, and parks.



Plenty of street parking in the neighborhood.
