🚗 Parking Information

✔ Driveway parking is available on the right side when facing the house. Please park carefully as the driveway is narrow and must not block the sidewalk (this may result in a ticket).

✔ The driveway is shared with the upper unit, so there is a possibility of being blocked in at times. If needed, guests may need to coordinate briefly with others to move vehicles.

✔ Street parking is also available. Overnight parking is allowed, but please be mindful of posted signs. Do not block driveways or park near fire hydrants, as towing is strictly enforced. For safety, avoid parking in the area near the hydrant and only park on the west side of the street, facing uphill.

Just minutes away, unwind at Edgewater Park, where sandy beaches and open green space meet the shoreline of Lake Erie. Swim, sunbathe, or take a relaxing walk along the water, and enjoy seamless access to the scenic Lakefront Bikeway—a beautiful route perfect for cycling or strolling with uninterrupted lake views.



For families, Herman Park sits right at the end of the block, offering a welcoming space for all ages with a playground, swings, picnic areas, a splash pad, a basketball court, and an open field for kids to run and play freely.



Getting Around:

There is a convenient bus route that runs from Crocker Park in Westlake along Detroit Road all the way to downtown Cleveland. Along the way, there are multiple stops on Detroit Road (just one block up the hill). For schedules, routes, and real-time updates, check the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority.



In the area, you’ll also typically find plenty of electric scooters available for rent via the Bird - Ride Electric app, which shows nearby scooter locations directly on the map.



You’re also within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, and nearby parks.



Street parking is generally plentiful throughout the neighborhood as well.
