Remodeled in November 2024! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 2BR/1.5 BA home in Avon Lake Cottage District. Very Spacious Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. 2 Bedrooms upstairs.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Complete remodel of existing home that has a fenced in back yard if you choose to bring your pet. All new hardwood flooring restoration and paint. All new furniture and beds!

Whole house rental includes Wifi and Two Roku TVs . Washer & Dryer, Fully Functional Kitchen, Coffee, Tea & Soda provided as well as many complimentary household items such as soap, shampoo, conditioners, many convenient household products for short or long stays!

Downstairs is very roomy. 2 Bedroom located on 2nd Floor. Master Bathroom has a queen bed, sitting area and a TV. 2nd Bedroom has a double size bed. Inflatable double mattress available if needed.

Guests do not have access to garage.

We were coming into town for a funeral with 2 large dogs, and our #1 priority was ease of travel. The property was exactly as expected, and even a little better. Check in and check out were efficient & easy, the house was clean and very welcoming, and not only was the back yard comfortable for the dogs, but the neighborhood was a lovely place to walk them.Thank you for making a difficult time such a positive experience.

We choose this house, because it allowed 3 dogs. Unfortunately, one passed away shortly before our trip. The reason why we were there, was for my Grandpa's burial service. I appreciate that Hans had house hold items avaliable. Simple thing like complimentary water, soda pop, and paper plates. It was one less we had to think about and it was nice. House was clean, organized, and nicely decorated. There was not a need we had that was not meet. I truly thank you for a pleasant stay. Cheers

Walleye fishing trip

This house was perfect for walleye fishing out of Avon Lake. Neighbors were friendly, house was clean and the owners are always looking for ways to improve this rental. This place is great if you are traveling with a dog. The fenced in yard has just enough green space and the owners even provide clean up bags. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay again.

Charming home in Avon Lake

Charming home in Avon Lake, loved the decor, it was perfect for our weekend stay. We traveled with our dogs so the fenced in yard was bonus for them, they don't have that at home. Avon Lake is a real nice area.

The hosts did an amazing job of tastefully decorating for the holidays and providing treats and drinks upon arrival. We had a few questions which were taken care of quickly. Home Away From Home

I have stayed at many VRBO properties and this is “hands down” my favorite. The past two years, I have had to visit my ailing parents in Bay Village/Rocky River often. Because I am not home very often, I decided not to decorate for the holidays. I was delighted to see the tasteful holiday decorations when I arrived. The fenced in yard was an added bonus for my dog. If I could stay here every time I visit, I would!

Avon Lake stay

The property worked very well for us. We were visiting a family member who is in a memory care facility just about one mile away, so the location was very good for us, and so much better than staying in a hotel. We could invite friends over to visit and the living space was very spacious. The kitchen was also well stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals. It was also nice to have an outdoor patio.
