The Space:

Welcome to your Lake Erie retreat - a peaceful home where comfort meets convenience just steps from the water and close to Cleveland attractions. Step outside and within just two minutes you’ll find yourself at the shores of Lake Erie, where gentle waves and fresh air invite you to linger. Back at the house, light fills the rooms and a fenced backyard provides a private spot to relax or let your pup roam safely. In this quiet neighborhood setting, you’re close enough to stroll to local parks, restaurants, and entertainment while still enjoying the calm of a peaceful retreat.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The home accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms with four beds. The third bedroom includes a twin trundle bed that can be raised to form a queen, while the other bedrooms provide additional sleeping options. All rooms except bedrooms two and three are located on the first floor, and there is no basement.



Outdoor Living

The fenced backyard offers an open grassy space with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill. It’s a comfortable spot for coffee in the morning or grilling in the evening, and a secure area for pets to enjoy. Parking is available in the driveway with space for two vehicles.



Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, complete with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, and dining essentials. A dining table allows you to gather and share meals with ease.



Amenities & Comforts

You’ll find air conditioning, central heating, a ceiling fan, washer and dryer, bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage in both closets and dressers. Essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer are also included. Entertainment features include a TV, game console, board games, exercise equipment, and fast WiFi with a dedicated workspace in a common area.



Safety & Security

The property is equipped with a Ring doorbell and exterior security cameras, as well as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

đŸ€« We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.



đŸŸ A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.

đŸš« Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.

This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Lovely place, had everything I needed. Quiet street. Generally very clean, though there was mildew around the base of the shower. The only real issue was the booking process was exceedingly complicated - I had to do a separate payment on a different website, had to send a photo of myself with my driver's license, and had to explain why I was going to be there. Never had to do this stuff with any other place I've stayed.

Price a little high for the area.

The stay was ok. The rental is located on a street that needs a lot of care for. When we pulled up to the house it looked from the outside as unkept with tall weeds greeting you at the front door. Inside it was clean and as advertised. To use the upstairs you need to be very careful. The steps did not feel safe to be coming down in the middle of the night to use the bathroom on the first floor. So the couch worked for this stay. I had my two dogs for this trip the fenced in backyard was ok but I did pick up some glass and potato chip bags to keep it clean -and safe for them. For where this house is located and what it has to offer it’s over priced for me. I’ve stayed in a secluded mountain home for about the same or less. All in all it was ok.

Clean and charming

Great place to stay for our family of six. Hosts were very communicative and willing to help when minor issues came up. Kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped with anything and everything you could think of needing during a week-long stay. Would definitely stay here again!
