Located 2 km up the hill on Collingwood Street overlooking the quaint town of Creemore, this gorgeous country home offers proximity to all the popular local amenities. Whether you want to shop or eat in town or partake in the many activities available in the Collingwood area, multiple activities are only a 3 and 25 minute drive respectively!
PROPERTY
BURNT BARNS - Located on a beautiful 50-acre piece of the Niagara Escarpment, BURNT BARNS faces north and offers an almost 180-degree panoramic view that spans from Barrie to the east, across Georgian Bay to Christian Island to the north and a peek at Devils Glen to the west - so itâs perfect for taking in both the sunrise and the sunset!
Itâs actually three separate buildings, or barns, connected by glass walkways. The main barn offers multiple walkouts to the grassy level land, an outdoor dining table and the stunning pool! The pool features 4 lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun and taking in the long views of the peaceful surrounding area. The outdoor dining table sits underneath a pergola and can sit up to 10 people. The property also boasts an outdoor shower for cleaning off after a swim or a session under the basketball net!
