This neighborhood is nestled in the expansive pines in the heart of Suncadia. The community enjoys access to the Suncadia trail system and frequent visits from the massive elk population and overlooks the Rope Rider golf course.
The home is accessed via a Smartlock.
LIVING ROOM + KITCHEN
The expansive living room and kitchen boasts an open concept with soaring ceilings, an oversized propane fireplace, La Cantina doors to enjoy the outdoor deck, a dining table, barstool seating and fully equipped kitchen. Cozy up to your favorite streaming service with Apple TV system and Sonos speakers.
PRIMARY SUITE
The primary suite is on the main floor, just off the living room. The king bed overlooks the golf course, with private access to the outdoor covered patio. The bathroom features a stand alone tub, shower, 2 sinks and toilet. Private fire place and TV with Apple TV and Sonos soundbar.
Also located in the primary suite is a private library with desk and chairs hidden behind a secret bookcase!
MAIN FLOOR GUEST BEDROOM
This bedroom features a queen bed, closet, private full bathroom, Apple TV and dresser.
KING BED APARTMENT
This separate apartment above the garage has ultimate privacy with a full bathroom, kitchenette, large TV with Apple TV, couch, small dining table and massive closet.
MUDROOM + LAUNDRY ROOM
Just off the kitchen, the mud room boasts a washer and dryer, shoe storage, utility closet, sink and storage for winter jackets or summer gear!
BASEMENT LIVING ROOM
The basement living room features a fireplace, large sofa, TV and access to the downstairs amenities including outdoor dining table, small ping pong table, propane firepit, outdoor shower and cowboy cold dip! Just off the living room is another secret door (with a locked keypad to keep children out) to the speakeasy! Whether you're in the mood for a game of poker or just a quite space to relax, this space will be unforgettable!
BUNK ROOMS
Also located in the basement are two bunk rooms with a total of 8 twin beds.
**No Access to Suncadia Pool and Fitness Center**
SUNCADIA AMENITIES + RESTRICTIONS
You can access the following events or amenities that Suncadia offers:
-Events at the Nelson Farm Preserve such as the Fall Festival, Farmer's Markets, Pop Ups, etc
-Ice Skating near the lodge
-Any of the restaurants or bars at the lodge, Swiftwater Winery or the Inn
-Tubing/ Sledding hills
-Golf (including a free par 3 area near the winery)
-Equipment rentals (bikes, paddleboards, etc)
- Basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, parks, playgrounds, walking trails, biking trails
- River access
Restrictions include:
-Pool/ Fitness - We are unable to provide access to the Suncadia Swim + Fitness centers, including the Nelson Farm Pool. These restrictions are due to Suncadia policies that are outside of our control.
-Suncadia policies prohibit all terrain vehicles and snowmobiles.
FAQs
- Standard check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Early check in or late check outs not guaranteed. If we have another guest departing or arriving on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the home, so we wonât be able to offer this. We wonât know until 24 hour prior to your dates, so be sure to ask our guest services team about availability and additional fees.. For guaranteed flexibility, we invite you to reserve the night before or the night after to ensure you can arrive and depart at your leisure.
- Up to 2 dogs welcomed for additional fees. Guests must follow pet policies in house rules and in our guidebook.
- Guests advised to purchase travel for unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation policies enforced.
- Guests are asked to provide a complete list of their registered guests (adults over the age of 18) including, but not limited to full names and ages. Vehicles must also be registered by provided make, model and license plate numbers. Guests not willing to comply with these requirements are subject to cancellation without a refund.
