The house was beautiful! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. Only suggestion is a bathroom for the garage game room/bonus bedroom. Other than that, we had a great stay. There were 6 adult couples in our group and we had a great time.

Wonderful home

We loved everything about this home for our group of 6 expect the 7th bedroom was over the garage and had no bathroom. No one wanted to stay over there and schlep across the driveway in the middle of the night to use a bathroom in the house. How does that work in the winter with gobs of snow??

Ideal for Family Vacation!

The house offers great spaces for the whole family to gather and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed to meal prep for our family of 15. The kitchen was a great space for the team of people that it took to constantly feed the group. We had a great time and enjoyed the daily visits of the deer on the golf course.

The host was super responsive all the way from the time to booking to check-out. They were able to accommodate some changes to our requirements along the way clearly communicating with us. The family loved the property and the amenities it offered. Plenty to do for people of all ages in and around the property.

Family Birthday Celebration

We had an incredible time. The home was just as described and then some. Wish we would have had a longer stay to enjoy it even more. We celebrated my sister's 50th birthday and my niece's 21st. The house had absolutely everything we could have wanted. It was an amazing stay. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Beautiful Home/Terrible Property Management

Rented this home for a annual family get together. The home is beautiful. Property management company was awful. Did not expect to have so many issues given what we paid. The fireplace did not work. The washing machine in the house did not work. The body wash dispensers in multiple bathrooms were old and did not work. Upon arrival there was something beeping repeatedly every few minutes on main floor. Notified management, but they did not send somebody out until noon the following day. Repair person was very nice but did inform us that they had been dealing with this issue for three days and the prior guests had reported the same problem. Several of the gas burners on the stove were very difficult to light filling the kitchen with gas. One did not work at all. Management was great about sending texts letting us know how many different ways we would be fined for violating the rules while also assuring us that they had no liability for the things in the house that did not work. We loved this home, but we will not rent again from this property management company. They’re more than happy to take your money, but they do not take any responsibility for ensuring that the home you are renting is, in fact, in the condition one would expect or as advertised. We have rented many homes in Suncadia in the past, and have never had such a negative experience.

Loved this house except for the bedroom above the garage

This house was amazing. The views in the backyard were fantastic and the common spaces were well laid out for our family gathering. My only complaint is that the guest room above the garage does not have access to a bathroom without going outside back to the main house. I think this would be no problem for teenagers or young adults but it isn’t ideal for anyone who may have trouble going up and down the stairs.

Family Getaway

We had a great stay at this property. A couple things to improve on would be the hot tub was not cleaned and a bit slimy so we had to call to get it cleaned up. Also it would have been nice to know the garage bedroom was not connected to the house and didn’t have access to a bathroom unless you come into the main house. We planned to use the bunk beds for the kids, but didn’t feel comfortable having them out of the main space so we didn’t use it at all. The property management company was very responsive and friendly when we had a couple questions during our stay! Overall a good family vacation!

Great family getaway

This house was perfect for our long weekend with the family, ages 6 months to 70. Each adult couple had comfortable private space and the kids loved the upstairs hangout are. Kudos for how well stocked ithe house was. Loved it!
