"Zen Den" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort in the desirable Trailhead Townhome complex. This is a luxurious, pet friendly home that boasts four master suites, a private hot tub, and backs up to the driving range! Centrally located within a short walk to the Glade Spring Spa, dinner at the Lodge, or the Prospector Golf Course. This beautifully furnished home features a full kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms, and 4.5 bathrooms. This is an ideal retreat for 2 to 3 families or 4 couples.

From the moment you walk in the door you’ll feel right at home in this luxurious four bedroom townhome. The main living area boasts a fully stocked granite kitchen with stainless appliances and a gas cooktop. The dining table expands to seat 8 comfortably with an additional 2 at the kitchen bar. The comfortable couches and chairs offer a relaxing spot to watch your favorite show or just warm up around the cozy gas fireplace.

Just off the great room is a fantastic outdoor living space with views of the Prospector Golf Course driving range and a gas fire pit. The whole family will enjoy relaxing in the warm, private hot tub just steps off the back patio. The whole family will enjoy playing ping-pong and shuffleboard in the garage game room!

We had a lovely time here. The home was incredibly clean with nice furniture and furnishings. The layout was perfect for our group of two couples plus kids, since everyone had a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The kitchen was very well stocked. The only note for dog owners is that while the yard is fully fenced, the back fence is a bit low, and pups that are good jumpers may not be secure. Overall a lovely stay and we would return!

This house was perfect for our family. So comfortable and spacious. Each room having its own bathroom was so nice. Location is close to the Lodge, Spa, and we got to watch the sledding hill activities all day ,from the living room. The house was stocked with everything and very clean. We’d stay again and recommend it.

This property was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, nicely appointed, and in a convenient location if you want proximity to the Lodge and to the new shopping/restaurant area that is being built. We spent a lot of time enjoying the covered porch with the fire pit.

Great location. The unit was clean. However, there are issues that need to be addressed. Neither the toaster nor the garbage disposal worked. Per the refrigerator the water filter should have been replaced 99 days ago. Additionally, all rental materials should clearly state that there is no access to a swimming pool, either in Suncadia or at Roslyn Ridge.

Wonderful home and setting. Well equipped for our family. Clean and modern. 4 bedrooms each with bathroom were perfect for our family group of 7. Cannot say enough about our enjoyable 4 night stay. We will most definitely book Zen Den again!

Beautiful home and a great location!

We visited for a Girl's Weekend and loved the 4 bedrooms all with their own bathroom. The home was beautiful with all the necessary amenities. We could walk across the street to the Suncadia Lodge. We enjoyed the many walking trails, the hot tub and out door gas fire pit.

Fantastic!

Our family, absolutely loved staying here! The house was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean, very conveniently located, and had all of the items necessary for a wonderful stay. My kids especially loved the ping-pong table in the shuffleboard along with the hot tub. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property and straight forward instructions

Excellent communication and details regarding this rental. A LOT of emails occur the 7 days leading to the stay with much emphasis on rules. Confusing the amount of rules on parking since the rental on the other side of the town home had more cars than we were allowed with cars parked on the vegetation. After we got our bearings, the house is centrally located. Not a private location as it’s right against the sledding hill. Rooms well-appointed and would recommend this rental.

Great townhome

This townhome is so great! It is so much bigger in-person; the pictures do not do it justice. The home has everything you need and has probably been the cleanest property we have stayed at in Suncadia. The property managers were really easy and helpful to communicate with. We will definitely stay here or at sister property again.

Family reunion

With seven adults, three young kiddos, and three family dogs, we needed lots of space. The Zen Den was perfect. Every room had a private bath and there was adequate space for the pack-n-play cribs. The kitchen/dining space was perfect and my adult kids enjoyed the hot tub. We hadn’t been to Suncadia before, but what a beautiful place! We’ll be back for sure.

Golf Getaway for Couples

Great Family Getaway

House was clean and well stocked, rooms and beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and well stocked, the only thing we didnt realize is all bedrooms are upstairs with a pretty steep stairway which made it a little tricky for our grandparents but they managed, there is a bathroom downstairs so they were able to stay downstairs most of the time. Had a great time relaxing in the hottub, house is convenient location to the lodge, and fenced backyard was great for our dogs. We found a couple things that needed maintenence but overall great stay!

Great Spot to take in all of Suncadia!

We had 4 kids under 5 with us during our stay and 3 couples, we were able to get around to all the amenities that Suncadia offers and enjoy the evenings in the backyard.

Spacious and family-friendly retreat

The Zen Den in Suncadia proved to be an excellent rental for our three families. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with private bathrooms that were perfect for our needs. The kids were especially thrilled with their own bunk room and bathroom. However, we did encounter a few minor issues in the kitchen, as there was no griddle or flat pan for making pancakes, and kid-friendly plates and cups were not available. Despite that, the kitchen was well-stocked overall. The hot tub was clean and provided a relaxing experience, but the outdoor space could have been better maintained, with dirty tables and an unkempt lawn. On the positive side, we enjoyed the fire table and had a fantastic time with the garage activities, particularly playing pong. The rental's proximity to the lodge and golfing facilities made it convenient for our activities. While we were disappointed that the promised reimbursement for the pet fee was not received, we still had a great experience overall. We would definitely consider renting the Zen Den again when traveling with other families and children.
