More about our space.

Our primary bedroom has a comfortable King size bed with a 40” Smart tv, large en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet located upstairs as well as the guest bedroom. Our guest bedroom has a full size bed & a twin sized rollaway bed (inside closet) w/40” smart tv with the bathroom in the hallway. We have a full kitchen with stainless steel stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher located downstairs. Our kitchen is stocked with Keurig coffee maker, blender, water kettle and double slice toaster. Feeling the need to cook, we have you covered with pots & pans, utensils, plates, glassware and basic seasonings. This condo is stocked with fresh clean towels, toiletries, hair dryer, extra linens, and etc. Also included is a washer and dryer with complimentary detergent and bleach.

Self check-in: code will be sent 30 minutes prior to check-in.

**Please make sure to only park in spaces 103 in front of our door and the other space is in the middle parking space numbered 103- vehicle will be towed if in other tenants space‼️

You have full access to the entire condo with exception of the owner closet that’s locked near the laundry room.

***Check-ins are at 4pm & Check-out 11am‼️

Ericka was super accommodating, and very attentive to our needs. The house has everything that’s needed for an enjoyable stay. We cooked meals in the kitchen and it had all the pots and pans we needed. Close to great places to eat as well. We stayed as a family and took the kids to “The city forum” and we had a blast! Definitely worth checking out. Overall, it was nice, we do sleep with box fans, so it helped out with road noise and neighbors. So if you’re a light sleeper, might want to have a noise maker or something to help with noise.

This was a nice property although the online picture was just as described the only difference was the angles the beds were taken at. The back bedroom bed looks much taller then the pictures show. It Actually is a low bed like on the floor I'm 6' tall and I sat on the edge of the bed and my knees was in my chest that low. No box spring, it was a platform bed. The mattress was on slates only the bed was no higher than about 8 inches off of the ground. The shower and kitchen water pressure has low pressure Im assuming because of the low flow restrictors In the faucets this made for a long shower just to soap up and rinse off. But needless to say the property was still nice. The front bedroom walls are scuffed up pretty bad but if you are just sleeping for a few nights I would recommend. If you expecting quiet just be aware that you can hear the neighbors to the left and right of you I was in the living room and it sounded like someone was running above us when it was coming from the unit next door. The walls are pretty thin like it's not separated with cement walls or sound proof between each property to cut down the noise. I actually can here the neighbors conversation as if they was in the living room with us. Anywho the property is nice and located within walking distance to food and grocery store which was nice because I needed some items. The place is equiped with all your needs like soap, towels, dishes and linen. The bedding smelled soiled like it was wet for awhile.

Our stay here was great! The listing is true to the property. It was very clean and comfortable. Like a home away from home! We had no issues at all during our stay. The property is nice and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if we travel to the area again.

7 Day / 6 night stay in comfort

Perfect for my family of 4. It was clean and smelled like lemons. Large food pantry and large bedroom closets. My 6’00 teenager got the bed in the guest room to himself and the cot fits well in the guest room. The size of the cot was plenty big for my 8 year old son. Living with 3 guys, having 3 toilets was a blessing!! Communication with the owners was quick. Any issues or running low on items, the owners were quick to resolve it. The location is perfect. 6 minutes from Walmart & Publix. 7 minutes from Anytime Fitness or Planet fitness. Will be staying here again in the future!! .

This Townhouse was amazing! Exactly what we had hoped for. Perfect location- everywhere we wanted to go was within 10 min drive. Host was amazing and answered questions I had within minutes and even checked on us while we were there to see if we needed anything or if there was anything they could do for us. This property was exactly as listed and a comfortable, safe stay! The complimentary coffee and snacks were welcoming! The smell was fresh upon entering the property. The entire condo was clean outside of a few cob webs in corners and dust around lamps. The only recommendation I would have is to throughly dust ceilings and baseboards And provide hand soap in all bathrooms. The bed was comfy and hvac unit worked great. Location is perfect. I will be back!

Great stay!

We stayed for an overnight during our trek out west. The location was great - right off the interstate so we did not waste time continuing our journey the following morning. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. Our only recommendation is to have a few more kitchen items, such as a baking sheet as we had stopped by a grocery store for some dinner items, but had no way to bake them in the oven. Otherwise, everything was great. Thanks!

Beautiful and super clean convenient condo

This was a super clean property with little details like premium toilet paper that made our trip just that much less stressful! LOL. Great host, very responsive and very well stocked and furnished condo. We only had four guests, so if you're staying with six I would just make sure the host knows in advance since it's only two bedrooms and you may need extra bedding.
