Our 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is just 1.8 miles from the city center, ideal for exploring The Queen City! Enjoy nearby downtown favorites like Strawberry Ale Works and the McGregor Park RiverWalk, all within 3 miles. Major grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife are just a short drive away. We look forward to hosting you!
The Space:
Welcome to Clarksville! Upon arrival, guests will park in our driveway, accommodating up to 4 cars. Our bright coral door will be the first thing you notice as you take a small set of stairs to the covered front porch. Upon entering, you will find the living room with a large flat-screen TV complete with Roku. 2 couches, including a queen-sized sleeper sofa, offer plenty of seating options. The eat-in kitchen has stainless steel appliances as well as all the basics you will need to settle in at feel "at home." Bedrooms one and two both have queen-sized beds, and bedroom three has two full beds. Two full bathrooms, a half bath, and a laundry room complete the inside of our home. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered front porch and end the day with some grilling and chilling on the back deck. With a prime location to explore Clarksville and all the new home vibes, we know you will enjoy your time with us as much as your time in our beautiful city! We look forward to hosting you!
Guest Access:
You will have access to the full house! The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in.
The Neighborhood:
Location, location, location! Less than 2 miles from the downtown Clarksville city center! Major grocery, shopping and restaurants all with in a few miles radius.
Getting Around:
This house can be found using any GPS navigation system. Uber and Lyft service the area if needed.
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!
We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
