Come relax in this newly renovated Farmhouse nestled on 40 private acres. Only minutes from Helen Georgia and 3 miles from the Old Sautee Store. Enjoy local wineries, breweries & fairs. Fish the Chattahoochee and Soque rivers or take the family on an adventure to the highest point in Georgia, Brasstown Bald. Feel like a hike? The farm has a 1 mile hiking trail with mountain views, picnic table and 2 creek crossings. 12 Pickleball Courts close by open play Mon, Wed & Friday 9am-12pm.


To reserve a late check-out of 2PM, please ask the host. If there are no arriving guests that day, we may be able to accommodate your request for a fee of $30.00.

If you're looking for a larger group getaway, we also have two other cottages available: Vrbo 2605773 and VRBO 3174945. Bring the whole family and enjoy all that Helen, Georgia, has to offer!

What an amazing adorable little cabin tucked away but so close to everything!! We had a really nice long weekend here!!! Jinx the barn cat was our favorite part of the trip!! She spent alot of time with us out by the fire at night!! Coming from a busy Florida city, this little cabin in the woods was exactly what we were lookong for!!! 20/10!!

Everything was great and smooth from check in to check out. Suzanne went above and beyond with a bottle of wine, chocolate's and even rose petals in a heart shape on the bed when we arrived. The property was great. We will be returning!! Thank you for a great experience.

Definitely Recommend!

From the time of booking until we departed the property, the host went above and beyond. We arrived to a beautiful cottage, sparkling clean, with delightful music playing softly on the TV. There were sweet snacks, along with a few muffins and fruit, and freshly laid eggs in the refrigerator. No detail was overlooked. The location was absolutely perfect being close to Helen and numerous parks/falls. Close to what we needed, yet quiet and out of the way. The trail was perfect for a quick walk through the woods and the hot tub was great after hiking at Unicoi. I contacted the host the first morning we were there asking about the hot tub mode. The host responded immediately and came over right away to reset the mode. The prompt attention was impressive. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Helen!

Beautiful Family Weekend

Top notch from check in to check out. The farm is stunningly beautiful! We enjoyed the hiking trail and the kids loved the big swing in the paature. Everything in the cottage is well thought out, accommodating, and welcoming. The property manager was responsive and so nice and easy to work with. We will be back!

Great stay!

This property exceeded our expectations. Beautiful house- beds were comfy and hot tub was great. Many places to sit outside with a book and just relax. Great big lawn with a swing that kids will love. Trail on the property was great too. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place

This cottage is very nice and well kept. We enjoyed the secluded feel but the access to town. It was a quick 10 min drive to Helen and perfect for a family get away. Hot tub was easy to use and fire pit was pre stacked for us outside. Everything was wonderful.

Great Location

We had a great stay at this cabin for a long weekend! It was the perfect location and had a great outdoor space for our kids to run around and explore. The host was great and very prompt to any questions we had, would definitely recommend staying here!

New Years Getaway

The cabin was wonderful. Very clean and peaceful. Everything was comfortable and the place was well-stocked as far as kitchenware and linens go. Drive to Helen was about 10 minutes, drive to nearest grocery store about 15 minutes, and a dollar general right down the road. We would defiiitely recommend staying!

Clean, cute, and has every item you may need thought of. Suzanne was kind enough to quickly respond and accommodate our stay after our original VRBO was cancelled due to frozen pipes. This place is adorable and on beautiful property, we would stay here again!

We so enjoyed our stay so much. Set back enough to enjoy wild life, views and a beautiful breeze. The communication with Susanne made this trip that much better! We needed nothing everything was provided for us even fresh eggs from the farm! Loved it here. So much to do if you have a family. We will be back with my kids for sure!!! Beautiful and peaceful

Getaway

This was one of the smoothest trips I have ever had. The property had everything we needed to cook with, enough linens and towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is settled off of a quiet little road, with a local market just right up the way. Minutes from Helen like described. Would recommend this location to others. We look forward to returning with our family.
