Live large while living tiny in this very cozy tiny cottage. Plenty of living space with a living area, dining area, full kitchen, full bathroom, and bedroom (queen bed) downstairs and a large sleeping loft (stair access) with 3 twin beds.

Located in the North Georgia mountains near Lake Burton, this property is close to hiking, wineries, antiques and more. You can explore the nearby towns of Helen, GA, Clayton, GA, Toccoa, GA, Clarkesville, GA and more with just a short 10-15 minute ride through the gorgeous and beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains in any direction.

The kitchen includes a farm sink, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, full range stove, and dishwasher. Basic utensils are provided. A dining table is available that seats 4.

The full bath includes a walk in shower, small sink, and toilet.

The living space includes a sleeper sofa, coffee table, and TV.

Located in the North Georgia mountains near Lake Burton, this property is close to hiking, wineries, antiques and more.

Also, no boats, campers, trailers, etc. are allowed into the community.

I thought the house and community were lovely. The tiny hose had almost everything you needed. It was wonderful to have coffee supplied.It could use a few helpful things. Like a toilet paper holder, some hangers, and some tiny nightstands for the bedroom. It was great having a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. I would definately stay again.

Lovely Tiny Village

We stayed here for five nights in late July 25. The neighborhood is very nice. The neighbors are pleasant and we were close to the lake. The one thing that we didn't anticipate was the loft can get quite toasty. It was late July and temperatures are high, but the AC from the two downstairs unit, which was more than adequate for those spaces, just simply did not circulate well in the loft. We recommend the addition of sand to the area to keep the air circulating up there in the more months of the year. Other than that we enjoyed it.

wonderful space. Perfect size for a couple. Well stock kitchen with most everything you need to cook small meals. Easy check-in and access. Far enough away from everything for quiet but close enough to get to everything you want to see and do well in the North Georgia mountains.

Welcoming Community!

Beautiful scenery - friendly community!! Cute Tiny Home for a vacation stay. Unfortunately, the loft does not have air which made it impossible to be in, especially to sleep. I purchased two fans which made it bearable for my family. The main bed mattress was quite hard and difficult to get a good night's rest. I absolutely enjoyed having my morning coffee on the open porch! I enjoyed walking the tiny community, saying good morning to the residents, sharing stories, laughing, and waving at everyone as they walked by!! ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!

Tiny Home Haven

Lovely property to walk and commune with neighbors if you so desire....or a walk alone. The little creek that runs through the property is a bonus....nicely wooded and quiet.Close to everything. Hiking and waterfalls are great.Tiny Home was perfectly equipped. One suggestion? More HOOKS to hang things...and a toilet paper holder.Otherwise, it was deeeeelightful !

Clayton/Toccoa GA Visit

The property was very convenient, very clean, had everything we needed. It was in a newer, nice, secure neighborhood of other "Tiny Home" properties with a security gate to get in, so we felt safe. Much nicer staying here due to the full kitchen, full bath, small family room area, than staying at a hotel. We would Definitely stay here again. If you aren't adventurous, and prefer a more typical single family home or condo, than maybe you're not a candidate for this. But, we love doing things like this, and the unit was perfect!

Wonderful weekend!

We enjoyed our weekend stay in this home. It is small, but comfortable. We arrived in the rain & dark, so we had some difficulty finding the house number, but once inside, we settled in nicely.
