Summer Seclusion sleeps up to 5 people with a queen bed in the master, a queen bed in the guest room, and a twin in the extra room. Bring your ATVs and get out and explore AZ!

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with an office used a sleeping room on just over 2 acres. Even though it's a 2 bedroom, it's very spacious with just under 1900 sqft and an outdoor space that extends the Arizona style living to the fullest, and the many windows lend to views and a very light and airy feel.

Guests have access to all areas of the property except for locked storage areas. One closet in the house, carport storage room, well house, and shed are locked.

Quiet, away from town, very few neighbors close by. All roadways are gravel except for main road to neighborhood. Walking to Old Town Cottonwood and Clarkdale is possible by new sidewalks added by the city in 2025.
