Podere San Ansano is located near the small medieval borgo of Pari and a few kilometres from Civitella Marittima, a little town of ancient origins located in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, facing Monte Amiata. It enjoys a secluded, quiet location, within the Torrente Farma Nature Reserve, on a hill about 365 m above sea level that offers an exceptional view over the immense green plain that stretches to the horizon. The property is a renovated farm building, consisting of a main body and an annex, furnished with Tuscan taste and with air-conditioned bedrooms, and which allows groups and large families to have their own private spaces with a comfortable common area consisting of a rustic and welcoming living area with fully-equipped kitchen. The property is surrounded by a large park with a furnished portico in front of the house, a charming swimming pool overlooking the borgo of Pari, and an area with travertine tables. Its position guarantees authentic moments of relaxation in the company of the beautiful landscape that surrounds it. There are numerous enchanting places of interest within easy reach. In just a few minutes you can get to the Terme di Petriolo and the Abbey of San Galgano while a short distance away are the Tuscan coast, Grosseto and Siena, with its many borghi ready to be explored.

The property consists of the main house and an adjoining annex a few metres away. HOUSE. Structured in three non-communicating apartments, two of which are located on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The main apartment (APARTMENT 1) on the ground floor consists of a large open-plan area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofas and satellite TV, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom with joinable beds and a bathroom with shower. A few steps away is the entrance to APARTMENT 2, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub and a kitchenette (with single sofa bed suitable for a kid). The entrances of the two apartments are adjacent to the portico with the living area. An external staircase leads up to the first floor with a panoramic loggia which leads into APARTMENT 3 consisting of a large living room with fireplace, one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms with joinable beds, two bathrooms with shower and a kitchenette. ANNEX. Spread over two floors (connected by both internal and external stairs) with, on the ground floor, a double bedroom served by a bathroom with shower and, on the upper floor, a living area with single sofa bed and kitchenette. Park:
Podere San Ansano is located in a very large farm estate and is surrounded by 60 hectares of woodland, part of which is suitable for walks, and by the typical landscapes of the Val di Farma, characterised by unique, wild naturalistic features. In the park around the house and the pool, kept in a natural state (which due to bans and limitations on the use of water resources by the municipal authorities, during the hot season, in case of drought, could become dry) but enriched by numerous potted plants, there is no shortage of large spaces and areas that have been set up to enjoy the extreme tranquility that the area offers. The large portico, near the main exits, is furnished with sofas and tables for outdoor meals. In the property, equipped with a manual opening gate, is a large parking area.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is set in a delightful panoramic position right in front of the borgo of Pari, just a few steps from the house and reachable along a slightly downhill paved path. Of an irregular bean-shaped form, it measures 3 x 10 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m and is lined in PVC with a stone brick border. It has chlorine purification and large submerged steps for access to the water. In the surrounding solarium area are sunbeds, deck chairs, umbrellas and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
