Location: noble apartment in an exclusive position, located on the Civitanova seafront, where you can easily walk to all the main services such as bars, supermarkets and chalets.



Description: Brand new noble apartment with a wonderful terrace, built with Teak wood, where we can admire in addition to the wonderful promenade also the \'\'Civitanova Lighthouse\'\', one of the most iconic architectural works of the Marche municipality. The terrace is complete with jacuzzi where you can spend unique moments in total relaxation. At the entrance there is a large living room completely renovated, finely furnished with a glass table where you can eat, sofa and TV. New open space kitchen with induction hob, oven and dishwasher. After the kitchen we enter the sleeping area where we find the first master bedroom with a double bed.
