Surrounded by the traditional white stone architecture and decoration, your private pool is just waiting for you to take the plunge. Relax under the midday sun and beat the heat by floating on the surface of the pool or playing some aquatic games with your nearest and dearest. However you decide to spend your afternoon, whether that’s in the water or just dipping your toes in as you kick back on the poolside loungers, the hours will mysteriously disappear from sunrise to sunset!
For the evenings in that you always need, Villa Mar has you covered. Whip up some home comforts in the fully fitted kitchen, or maybe even try your hand at making some authentic cuisine from the local area if you’re feeling adventurous. With an open plan living and dining area, fill up with a feast on the dining table before falling onto the soft sofa, it’ll be hard to get back up once you’re on it! If you don’t fancy spending the night sleeping downstairs, a selection of comfy beds await you upstairs, great for getting the best night’s sleep before waking up to another day on the sunny west coast.  
A selection of beautiful bars, restaurants, and local shops are nearby, ready to fit your every need. Spend your day at the gorgeous marina or the nearby beaches before sampling the delicious cuisine on offer. Everything you need for that relaxing Menorca holiday is waiting for you at Villa Mar.  

To access the villa there is a path which is 500cm wide. The are no steps but there is a ramp to the front door. The front door has a width of 70cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 150cm wide. Access to the terrace from the front of the house is via a path of 90cm. Alternatively, the terrace can be accessed via the patio doors. The terrace is flat and tiled. The pool itself has step access. Inside, the ground floor bedroom and shower room door is 70cm wide. There are 16 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 137cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 130cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
