Mercedes Quiet villa with sea views

Villa Mercedes is a modern and bright house located in a quiet area of Cala Morell, just a few minutes' walk from the cliffside viewpoints and a small family beach.It has two bedrooms, a renovated bathroom with a shower, and an interior space that integrates the kitchen, dining room, and living room, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.Outside, it offers a private pool, covered terrace, and chill out area with open views of the sea, ideal for enjoying the calm of the Mediterranean.



The villa has Wi Fi, bed linen, and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided. The pool is for private use and is located in the garden. To keep the pool clean and the garden in good condition, our maintenance team visits twice a week. These visits are brief, discreet, and only take place in the outdoor areas. All visits are always announced in advance to ensure the comfort of our guests. The house has air conditioning in both bedrooms and a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer. A crib and high chair are available upon request; we recommend requesting them in advance to ensure availability. The house is rented for exclusive use, so guests can enjoy all the indoor and outdoor areas in complete privacy. Parking is free in the area surrounding the house.

In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since December 2, 2024, it is mandatory to register all guests online and pay the tourist tax before arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodations in Menorca. The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs 2.20 per person per night. The amount will be charged at the time of online registration via a link provided to the guest. The villa is located in a residential area. We recommend doing your main shopping in Ciutadella de Menorca. You will find some restaurants in the surrounding area, but please note that many establishments in coastal areas operate seasonally, generally from Easter to the end of October.

Cala Morell is a quiet residential area located on the north coast of Menorca, known for its impressive cliffs, crystal clear waters, and relaxed atmosphere. It is located about 7.5 miles from Ciutadella, making it an ideal area for those seeking peace and quiet and contact with nature, without sacrificing proximity to services and shops. The closest beach to the town is Cala Morell, a small, secluded beach, perfect for swimming and snorkeling thanks to its clear waters. The cliffs surrounding the town offer pleasant walks and natural viewpoints from which to enjoy open views of the sea. About a 15 minute drive away is Algaiarens beach, known as La Vall, one of Menorca's most iconic beaches. It is a long beach, located between two hills, with white sand and turquoise waters, ideal for spending the day and enjoying a natural environment with little urban development. Very close to the village, just a 5 minute drive away, is the Necropolis of Cala Morell, one of the most unique prehistoric sites on the island. The oldest caves are simple and circular, while the later ones are larger and feature more elaborate architectural elements, making the visit a very interesting cultural walk. It is a quiet residential area with a few restaurants and bars open in season, especially during the spring and summer months. Cala Morell is an ideal starting point for discovering other coves in the north of the island and enjoying a more authentic and leisurely Menorca.

To get around Cala Morell and discover Menorca's different coves and points of interest, the best option is to have your own vehicle, whether a car or a motorbike. This allows for greater comfort and flexibility, as well as easy access to beaches and natural spots that cannot be reached by public transport. If you prefer to use public transport, there is a bus line that connects Ciutadella with Cala Morell and some areas of the north coast, although it runs infrequently and is usually concentrated in the summer months. The villa is laid out on a single floor and offers spacious, bright rooms with high ceilings, designed for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Access to the house is from the garden, passing through the pool area and the covered terrace. Upon entering, we find an open space that integrates the kitchen, dining room, and living room, visually differentiated but connected to each other. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a small separate pantry. Opposite the kitchen is the indoor dining area, with a wooden table and stools. To the left, the living room is spacious and comfortable, with a chaise longue sofa, television, and fireplace. At the back of the house, connected to the living room, is the sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms and a renovated bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom has a double bed and a dressing room, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. Both bedrooms have air conditioning to ensure a comfortable temperature during the summer months. The outdoor area, which is accessed from the living dining room, has a covered terrace with a table and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining during the summer, as well as a chill out area and a private pool with sun loungers, surrounded by a lawned garden. You can enjoy sea views from practically every room in the house. The property has a washing machine and dryer for added convenience during your stay, as well as free parking around the villa.

Check in is from 4:00 p.m. and check out is until 10:00 a.m. Check in is self service, ensuring convenience and flexibility upon arrival. Before arrival and once registration and payment of the fee have been completed, we will send you all the information you need to access the villa, as well as useful details for your stay. During your stay, guests enjoy complete privacy in the villa. Only our maintenance team can access the outdoor areas to carry out necessary garden and pool maintenance tasks.
