Villa Mercedes is a modern and bright house located in a quiet area of Cala Morell, just a few minutes' walk from the cliffside viewpoints and a small family beach.It has two bedrooms, a renovated bathroom with a shower, and an interior space that integrates the kitchen, dining room, and living room, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.Outside, it offers a private pool, covered terrace, and chill out area with open views of the sea, ideal for enjoying the calm of the Mediterranean.
The villa has Wi Fi, bed linen, and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided. The pool is for private use and is located in the garden. To keep the pool clean and the garden in good condition, our maintenance team visits twice a week. These visits are brief, discreet, and only take place in the outdoor areas. All visits are always announced in advance to ensure the comfort of our guests. The house has air conditioning in both bedrooms and a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer. A crib and high chair are available upon request; we recommend requesting them in advance to ensure availability. The house is rented for exclusive use, so guests can enjoy all the indoor and outdoor areas in complete privacy. Parking is free in the area surrounding the house.
In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since December 2, 2024, it is mandatory to register all guests online and pay the tourist tax before arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodations in Menorca. The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs 2.20 per person per night. The amount will be charged at the time of online registration via a link provided to the guest. The villa is located in a residential area. We recommend doing your main shopping in Ciutadella de Menorca. About a 15 minute drive away is Algaiarens beach, known as La Vall, one of Menorca's most iconic beaches. It is a long beach, located between two hills, with white sand and turquoise waters, ideal for spending the day and enjoying a natural environment with little urban development. Very close to the village, just a 5 minute drive away, is the Necropolis of Cala Morell, one of the most unique prehistoric sites on the island. To the left, the living room is spacious and comfortable, with a chaise longue sofa, television, and fireplace. At the back of the house, connected to the living room, is the sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms and a renovated bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom has a double bed and a dressing room, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. Both bedrooms have air conditioning to ensure a comfortable temperature during the summer months.
