Casa Eusebia is a restored farmhouse in the countryside near CittĂ della Pieve, surrounded by olive groves and gently sloping woods. This two-story villa combines original rustic wood-beamed ceilings and terracotta floors with comfortable country-style decor. The interiors include large rooms with private bathrooms, as well as a spacious kitchen and open space living area on the ground floor with direct access to a panoramic terrace for outdoor dining. The outdoor spaces include a large pergola furnished for outdoor lunches and relaxation, a panoramic pool on a lower terrace and several outdoor seating areas. The location, near the border between Umbria and Tuscany, is ideal for visiting cities such as Montepulciano, Perugia, Cortona and Orvieto, with good road and train connections nearby.
THE PROPERTY HAS UNDERGONE A CHECK-UP CARRIED OUT BY ONE OF OUR TECHNICAL MANAGERS, TO GUARANTEE THE CORRESPONDENCE OF THE DESCRIPTION, THE ACCESSORIES LISTED ON THE SITE AND THEIR STATE OF OPERATION/MAINTENANCE
Interiors:
The villa, of about 160 square meters, is spread over two floors. GROUND FLOOR â Entrance into a large open space living and dining area with sofa, fireplace, table and open kitchen; a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and adjoining bedroom with two extra single beds (accessible through a sliding door); a suite with independent entrance from outside with double bed and bathroom with shower and bathtub; laundry room adjacent to the kitchen. All rooms on this floor have direct access to the garden through French windows. FIRST FLOOR â Living room with sofa and smart TV; a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and access to a large terrace; a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and private terrace. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room on the ground floor.
Park:
The land covers about 8,000 square meters and includes a garden, olive groves and forest. The garden surrounding the villa is planted with native flowers and shrubs and includes a furnished terrace in front of the kitchen with table and chairs. Next door is a terracotta pergola, shaded by bamboo and furnished with table, chairs, sofa, armchairs and a mobile barbecue. The upper terrace, accessible from the living room and from one of the bedrooms on the first floor, has a gazebo with a panoramic view. Parking for four cars is located on the side of the house. N.B.: Please note that photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located 10 meters from the villa, on a lower terrace; rectangular in shape, measuring 9 x 4 meters with a constant depth of 1.40 meters; covered in PVC with a travertine edge; chlorine purification; internal lighting; access through six submerged steps. The surrounding solarium is made of a combination of tiles, gravel and lawn and is equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs and umbrellas. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
