Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Recently Renovated home in a quiet neighborhood. Located near State parks and Bike trails. Seven miles from Rainbow Springs State park. 800 feet walk to Withlacoochee state trail bike and walking path.

Dogs permitted with $50/dog fee. Dogs must crated anytime guests leaves the home; crates not provided. Guests are responsible for ANY pet damages and must clean up waste from the yard.

Experience the outdoors on front and back patios, both with seating. The back patio offers a table for dining and lights for nighttime. The gas grill is just outside the back door in the screened in room. We ask that you please wheel it outside to cook. The backyard is perfect for doggos to romp.

Citrus Springs is described as "a charming old-timey nature coast river town," and is a few-minute drive to Dunnellon, Rainbow Springs, Three Sisters Springs,
Crystal River, and other fun and fascinating local attractions. Visit Homosassa Springs, go on a Gulf Coast tour, or kayak the Withlacoochee River. Enjoy nearby Rainbow Springs, Three Sisters springs, Crystal River, and have a blast kayaking, snorkeling, fishing, and swimming with the manatees.
Other things to note
While Citrus House Vacation Home does not have a long list of rules, hosts simply ask that you respect the home: No parties; do not smoke/vape inside; and pick up after yourselves. Just do the right thing. In return, hosts provide all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

Security is provided by a Ring camera installed at the front door. Exterior cameras face the front yard and backyard. Cameras record movement throughout the stay; however, they are not monitored during the
Stay.
