Welcome to our centrally located haven in the Clifton/Corryville area.... just minutes away and walking distance to the University of Cincinnati (UC) campus, Medical Centers, the Cincinnati Zoo, Bogarts and short Vine. We are within walking distance of Kroger, Walgreens and CVS if you need to grab some last minute items. If you have an event in the downtown area we are just 10 minutes away.

The home has two separate street level entrances which arelocated on the side and rear of the building, allowing for easy access in and out of the property.

Our home offers two floors of living space equipped with central air. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, ensuring ample space for families or groups of friends traveling together. The layout includes two comfortable living rooms, one on each floor, providing plenty of room for relaxation and socializing.

On the second level, you'll find the three bedrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen. Whether you're preparing a delicious meal or enjoying a quick snack, you'll find everything you need in the well-equipped kitchen. The size and layout of the space was absolutely spectacular for my family, I appreciated the attention to detail in keeping it well stocked, which meant it was less for me to pack or purchase while I was there and allowed more time for me to be able to enjoy time with visiting family. The space had plenty of games to keep our kids happy and occupied, and the extra blankets and space heaters around the space were fantastic. The host was lovely to work with and made us feel very welcome. I would absolutely book this property in the future.

This location was so convenient for our itinerary while visiting Cincy. We visited Newport Aquarium, Cincinnati Zoo, & CMC which were all just a short drive from the property. The house was clean and the amenities provided were beyond our expectations. My 6 year old was obsessed with the arcade game. Tamara provided thorough instructions for check-in/out and there were helpful reminder throughout the house. It was nice to have off-street parking. 10/10. Highly recommended!

This was an excellent rental that was large enough for my friends and colleagues, all while being in a perfect distance away from the University. The host was gracious and very helpful, and overall really made the stay wonderful. I would recommend this host to anyone visiting Cincinnati, and if we’re ever back we’ll be sure to look here again.

Home for the holiday!

First of all, Tamara was great. She was responsive and so accommodating. My three adult children, my daughter's partner, myself and my 7 year old granddaughter gathered to spend some time together during the holiday. With my daughter and granddaughter living in Detroit, we don't have many opportunities to spend nights together. We were able to play karaoke, made brunch, played board games, watched movies and just generally enjoy each other. The space was conducive to our tiny gathering, but also to additional people if we had desired. It was clean and spacious. There was even a short period of time , that my granddaughter could go outside and swing on the swingset, in the middle of December.

Perfect Home Base

We drove from Delaware to stay at Tamara’s urban retreat while moving our 18-year-old into his University of Cincinnati dorm. The house is perfectly located with lots of cool spaces and thoughtful touches that made it the perfect home base for our family during this trip. Tamara stocked the place for us with all travel essentials such as toilet paper, toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a fully stocked kitchen including dish soap and paper towels, laundry supplies, and extras like snacks, coffee, creamer cups, and even a bottle of wine. There are throw blankets all around, which my other, who is always freezing, really appreciated. We enjoyed the PacMan machine and other games. TVs in each room. Free parking in the driveway, back of the house, and on the street. Walkable to restaurants, UC. Quick drive downtown and to Newport. Tamara’s communications were excellent. Really so much better than getting multiple hotel rooms and paying daily parking rates per car.

Enjoyed the stay!

Tamara was very prompt getting back to us, and the house was stocked with small snacks plus other nice surprises/ gestures, just exactly what we needed when first arrived after a long trip. Location by University of Cincinnati made it convenient to explore.
