Don’t pass up the opportunity to make the 30-minute drive south to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum, two family-friendly, biblical-themed attractions that you simply have to see to believe.

• This home is equipped with 5 (five) external security cameras. The first is located on the front door of the building, actively monitoring the entrance and walkway. The second is located on the front right side of the building, actively monitoring the parking lot. The third is located on the back right side of building, actively monitoring the parking lot and office entrance. The fourth is located on the front left side of the building, actively monitoring the pull-through/office entrance. The fifth is located on the back left side of the building, actively monitoring the guest parking and walkway areas.

Across the Ohio River from the urban center of Cincinnati, Historic Ludlow is within easy reach of some of the city’s most popular attractions including the Bengals Stadium, Riverfront Park, and Great American Ballpark.
