Photos show the style; your unit may vary but is equally well designed. Guests must be 21 or older, and a valid government ID is required for each guest staying.

Each unit consists of:

• 1 Bedrooms - each with a king sized bed

• 1 bathrooms

• Queen sofa pull-out in each of the living rooms

• High-speed Wi-Fi

• Smart TV

• Fully equipped kitchen

• Washer/dryer in unit

• Central heat and air

• Lockbox entry

• Ring doorbell on the outside of the door.

** We are only able to provide 1 fob per unit which also allows you 1 parking space**

Guest Access:

To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.

The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:

* Signing of rental agreement

* ID and selfie uploads

Other Things to Note:

A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost as it covers more than just minor wear and tear. For reservations longer than 30 nights, a refundable security deposit will also be required. Please note that this does not apply to Airbnb reservation.

• Enjoy a complimentary starter kit of guest supplies, including coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Additional supplies are the guests responsibility.

• Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO).

• Also please note that the outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. However, it is currently closed. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

• **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**.

***Maintenance and inspections may be required during your stay. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe or reschedule these visits. Any necessary work will be completed as quickly as possible to ensure the property remains in proper condition.
