Over the Rhine, or OTR as it`s known by locals, is a neighborhood in the heart of downtown Cincinnati. Bustling with the city`s hottest bars, restaurants, and retail, visitors to this vibrant neighborhood are able to experience the best of Cincinnati, all within a few blocks.

Be sure to check out a few of Cincinnati`s top local breweries, and snack your way through Findlay Market, one of America`s oldest outdoor markets. When you`ve had your fill, be sure to take in Washington Park, and enjoy the stunning facade of Music Hall.

With new businesses opening at every turn, there`s always something new to see in Over the Rhine!

Parking is available on-street or in a local garage.

On-Street: There are several nearby locations that allow for overnight parking, but please be mindful of signage. Vine Street is normally a good option. **Do NOT park on Republic Street as it is all permit parking and the city will ticket.

Garage: There are two parking garages within walking distance.
-Mercer Parking Garage -located at 5 Mercer Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202.
-Washington Street Parking Garage located at 1310 Elm Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202.

If you plan on parking your car for your stay, we recommend Uber or Lyft! We are a very short walk to many great bars, restaurants and coffee shops!
General Notes-
Parties or Events are prohibited in the building. Should you notice any issues, please reach out to the host at via the messaging app and will address the issue ASAP.

**Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.**

Parking -
Parking is all on street. There are several locations that allow for parking overnight but just be mindful of the signage. Republic St is all permit parking and the city will ticket. Mercer Parking Garage and Washington Parking Garage are both within walking distance to the unit.

Check Out -
Check out is by 10am daily. We ask that put the dishes in the dishwasher, add a detergent packet and start on the normal wash setting. Take out the trash. We will handle everything else!

The location of the room was very convenient. Close to the park, shops, and street car. Everything was in walking distance, no need to take the car anywhere.

Had a quick overnight stay here, but easily could've stayed longer. Very clean, comfortable, well-appointed. Easy walking access to Cincy Music Hall and many other OTR venues and restaurants!

We stayed at various Drew & Ingrid properties and they’re each amazing. Very thoughtfully designed, very clean, and safe. The manager is very responsive and understanding. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay!

Nice, clean condo. Lots of places within walking distance. The Connector is right around the corner so getting around OTR and Downtown is no problem. Communication with Drew was seamless. Definitely would stay here again!

Quick trip

We stayed 2 nights in the city (OTR) neighborhood to see a Reds vs Guardians game. The property was reasonably priced, clean, we felt safe, comfortable and had great proximity for walking or Ubering to great restaurants, shops, parks, The Hard Rock Casino, The Reds stadium etc. Great stay!

Spectacular location, walkable to so much!

Great location, this rental is perfect for single persons or couples. Walkable to great restaurants and bars. Closest parking lot is the public lot near Pepp & Delores. Short 2 min walk from the unit. Highly recommend staying here if you want to explore OTR. Host is fantastic!

New port aquarium visit

Property was nice but the smells of mold when you walked in the building was overwhelming, parking was expensive and challenging to find as parking lots and garage were full. Bed was comfortable neighborshood was grear.

Place was as described. Convenient to a lot of great restaurants and bars. Host was very responsive to questions. The only bummer was there was only 2 towels provided for showering when there were 3 people staying. And the pull out couch was broke. Which was a bummer. Overall though, I would stay here again.

The place was as shown in the pictures. Nice and clean. Easy access into the property. Good amenities and household supplies were available. Neighborhood had plenty to do and there was a lot of access to the city via the trolley and bus if you like. No complaints really. Only things of concern were that the walls were pretty thin and you could hear neighbors loudly. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

Good value! Comfortable space

Very nice apartment with all of the necessities! Nicely decorated. Very nice shower. Extremely firm mattress too if you have back issues. Great communication with host. Easy check in and checkout process. Only drawbacks were parking is not very close and there is a winding staircase up to unit. But that could have been something I overlooked in my searching. As someone with knee problems I would have probably chosen a different unit. But comfortable once I got up there ! Good value!

Did not end up staying at the property. Driving to the location there was a lot of questionable behaviors going on leading up to the area of the apartment. This was choose to be a family friendly location and it was definitely not. There were fights on street corners and groups of people who appeared to be under the influence. Chose to stay in a hotel with our two small children 10 miles away.
