+ The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

+ PARKING
There’s paid street meter parking from 9a - 5p, Monday-Friday. After 5pm, you may look for metered parking around the block.

There are also nearby parking lot options in the area:

- Two lots directly behind the building, off of Vine St and Walnut St
- Ziegler Parking Garage at 1322 Sycamore St
- NOTE: Do not park in the parking lot directly next to the building. Do not park in the parking lot next to the building for overnight parking.

In order to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask our guests to follow and respect the following house rules:

* Please make sure to securely close all doors behind you. The front gate, building entry door and unit doors all must be securely closed by you.

* We can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners :)

* Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are permitted inside of the unit. This includes overnight

* No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.

* The individual making the reservation must be at least 23 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property.

* Pet Policy: No pets allowed. There is a pet fee of $500 per unauthorized pet.

* There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property.

* NO WEAPONS on or inside the property.

* NO PARTIES - respect the quiet hours (10p - 7a) during your stay. If evidence of any partying is found, we will immediately request a $1000 party fee

* Early check and late checkout is an additional fee

* Report damages immediately.

* THERE IS A $1,000 FEE FOR SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT. If we detect any signs of smoking in the unit, there will be a fee.

* We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.

For extended stays (longer than 28 days), guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, agreeing to terms of the stay.

Great location in OTR.

Apartment was spotless. Great neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants. There was a light festival while we were there and we could walk all around and felt safe. We were there to visit our kids a Xavier and was very convenient.

The apartment was very clean and recently remodeled. Had all the appointments one would expect for a 1 bedroom downtown rental. The 2 flights of stairs were a little bit of a bummer, but we are reasonably fit so it wasn't a burden. We were worried about parking, being in an in town location, but there is a paid public lot right next to the building. One thing about that - the parking machine was broken, and as we were attempting to download an app to pay, a local worker pointed out free parking on the street. We had a spot right out front, so we never moved the car over our 3 day stay. We would certainly stay again and would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Excellent place to stay in OTR

This place was great. The proximity to Vine St. was perfect because you were close to the action but just far enough for it to be quiet when you needed it to be. The manager was great at communicating the check-in process and how to access the property. If you can get a spot in the parking lot next to the building, you can pay to keep your car there all weekend and it couldn’t be easier. I was traveling alone so this place was a good size for me or for a couple. But if you have to use the pullout couch, the home may feel crowded. Also, FYI, this unit is on the third floor and only accessible by stairs. This was an excellent place to stay in OTR and would I recommend it to anyone.
