This condo is in the heart of it all - a great base camp to explore all the city has to offer. Steps from one of the best parks, Washington Park, you have incredible walking access to great bars, breweries, restaurants, boutique shopping, the Streetcar, Washington Park, historic Music Hall, Ensemble Theater, Shakespeare Theater, Know Theater, music venues, and more.

Nestled in the heart of downtown, you`re also just a few blocks east or west of major highways, interstates 75 and 71

Head south a few blocks and you`re on the Ohio river with access to the Bengals and Reds stadiums, Fountain Square, Duke Energy Convention Center, US Bank Arena, Underground Railroad Freedom Center museum, Smale Riverfront Park, Roebling Bridge, and more. We are 20 minutes drive from CVG airport.

We have a streetcar stop steps from our doorstep. It`s a free way to get around downtown (just hop on!) and it comes every 12 minutes during service hours.

You will find Lime scooters all around.

Uber, walking, and driving are all easy.

⚠The elevator is historic and only fits two people at at a time. It cannot fit an unfolded wheelchair.
⚠This property has elevator access into the property, but is located on the 4th/5th floor for those who prefer to take steps.

This property has a security deposit hold collected by us via credit/debit card. It is similar to an incidentals hold that you would pay at a hotel prior to checking in. At our discretion we may waive this deposit hold. We collect this security deposit through your credit card. It is between $300 - $500 (see the listing check-out page for details).

----------Section 2- Important House Rules (and Consequences) ------------

We strive to provide a polite request to come into compliance with our rules in the event of issues. If the request is not honored then your reservation may be terminated without refund, at our discretion.

SAME-DAY RESERVATIONS: If you are placing a reservation for same-day check-in, please contact us first. If you place the reservation without contacting us first then you may be denied entry, at our discretion.

CONSEQUENCES FOR THROWING PARTIES INCLUDES PROSECUTION: Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without our advance, written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing. See ORC 2911.21. If you throw an unauthorized party, we may choose to press charges for criminal trespass. You and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted to the full extent of the law, at our discretion. Whether behavior constitutes a party is determined at our sole discretion, but would include things like bringing extra guests into the property, people coming in and out, etc.

NOISE AND DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00pm-8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without our advance written consent.

SMOKING AND FLAMES NOT ALLOWED: Do not smoke or light anything in this property. This includes tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, hookah, and anything else.

VIOLATING OUR RULES MAY RESULT IN RESERVATION TERMINATION: At our discretion, we may terminate your reservation for a violation of our house rules -- no matter the time of day or night. You will not be refunded and may incur additional fees.

DISHONEST OR ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR: Dishonest behavior may result in termination of your reservation without refund, at our discretion. Abusive behavior will result in termination of your reservation without refund: yelling at, screaming at, swearing at, or menacing members of our team is considered abusive behavior.

WE RETAIN COMPLETE CONTROL OF THE PROPERTY: We reserve the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if we believe, at our sole discretion, that you have done anything or intend to do anything that would harm people or property, disturb our neighbors, or harm the reputation of our property. If we have any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party then you will be denied entry.

----------Section 4 - Additional Fees and how to Avoid Them ------------

The following may incur a fee:
1) Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee.

2) Pet hair: Pets are STRICTLY forbidden. Your reservation may be terminated for bringing unauthorized pets. If pets are discovered after the fact, there will be a $300 fee per unauthorized pet **per night**.

3) Stains on the carpets or linens: $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher.
