Recently renovated w/ top-of-the-line finishes just steps from downtown Mason and 7 minutes to Kings Island!

Tons of room for family fun w/ kitchen that seats 13; large game room w/ ping-pong, air hockey, pop-a-shot basketball, giant Connect 4, and more!

Play a game of badminton in the large backyard; make s'mores by the fire pit under the cafe lights, or hop on one of the bikes to ride to the local shops and eateries!

Relax in the sauna; get cozy by the rustic fireplace or watch a movie in the lower level theater area w/ surround sound. The front porch is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and great conversation with family and friends.

Nice quite quaint place!The game room in the garage, the bicycles (since it was descent enough to ride) The kitchen was large, well stocked and a super big refrigerator. Loved the adjustable bed in master bedroom. We even had a fire going outside in the fire pit. We also loved that you could walk downtown, it was decorated nicely! Nice hot water too. Over all great place to stay kids kept busy which was a plus for us adults!

What a great place! Thanks for all the care and attention to detail. We visited after a snowfall and the yard was perfect for building snowmen and having snowball battles - SO FUN! Location was also perfect. We may be in the Dayton area again soon and if so, this would be a wonderful place to stay.

The home was creatively designed with a very large and family friendly kitchen with a huge island and a very spacious refrigerator. There was a Game Room that the kids (and kids at heart) enjoyed. The Bee theme was very clever and carried throughout the home. It was as nice as the photos depicted and was a great place to spend time as a family. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and the host, Lynn, was easy to contact and very pleasant to communicate with. We had a Bee-eutiful time and recommend this location highly as a pñace to stay...so much more enjoyable than a hotel!!

Good space for family and friends to gather for our daughters wedding weekend. Convenient to stores and food. Enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard to relax after all the festivities. We needed a place for our out of town bridal party to stay, as well as a place for the bridesmaids to get dressed the day of the wedding. This adorable home is located in very quite neighborhood within a couple blocks of downtown Mason, and only 8 minutes from our venue. After rehearsal the evening before the wedding, the bridal party enjoyed a backyard fire together. The next morning the natural light coming in the home was perfect for the bridesmaids getting reading w/hair and makeup teams, and then some time with the photographers before heading to the venue. It was absolutely a perfect stay and special memories were made in this home.

My family really enjoyed this house. We hosted a baby shower here and the bee/honey theme fit perfectly. A very modern and aesthetically pleasing place! It was also nice that there is a high-chair, baby gate, and pack and play available.

Perfect for everyone

We were a family of 7 visiting for the holidays. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The kids spent hours in the game room which was wonderful for the cold, rainy days. We used the fire pit one night to make smores and that was also a hit. Popcorn and movie night was perfect in the theatre room. We did a lot of cooking and having that huge kitchen and dining table was wonderful. Great location, close to everything we needed or wanted to do.

Home for the Holidays

My family is extended across the tri-state area and this home was perfectly placed for all to gather and visit for a family holiday celebration. The home is very open and has amazing spaces. The host was lovely to deal with and even gracious enough to decorate for the season! Highly recommend this home.

Baby Shower

The Cozy Bee is a fantastic property! We rented house to host a baby shower for our daughter because we no longer live in Ohio. We stayed several days and avoided paying for hotel. The open layout was great for the party, as well as the huge island and counterspace. Kitchen missing a mixer, and thank goodness I brought one because I needed to make several dozen cookies. The ovens were a little dirty, so I wiped out before , using and windexed the glass of light fixtures over island.The weather was suddenly cold, so we had to open the vents for heat as home appeared to be in summer mode. Also, had trouble turning off overhead fan in living room but figured it out. Sadly, the overhead light in living room was burnt out, and owner said she didn't have tall enough ladder to change the bulb, but did offer to buy another floor lamp. We moved one from the second floor into the living room. Cloudy days made space a little dark. We did more cleaning before party because we were hosting event. If our family just staying the cleanliness would've been fine. Guests loved the house and were amazed at the "toys" in the garage: ping pong, pop-a-shot etc. Wish we could've used these and the large backyard with fire pit. Host was readily available by phone and even allowed me to tour property in advance. She was very nice and easy to work with. Had some difficulty with keypad to check in/out probably due to low battery. We will keep property in mind for future trips to Cincinnati. Thanks Lynn!
