The Space:

After a full day out, you return to a warm, comfortable home where everyone can spread out, relax, and reconnect. Evenings here are perfect for friendly games, shared meals, and unwinding together indoors while winter settles quietly outside. With space to gather and room to retreat, this bi-level home makes group stays feel easy and balanced.



Living spaces

The upper level welcomes you with a bright living room, a dining area with seating for eight, and an open kitchen designed for shared meals and casual conversation. The kitchen supports everything from quick breakfasts to group dinners, while the coffee station helps start mornings on an easy note. The layout keeps everyone connected without feeling crowded.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary suite features a king bed, smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a tub/shower combo. Two additional bedrooms include a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, each with a smart TV, and share a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Downstairs, the fourth bedroom offers a queen bed and easy access to the half bathroom on that level.



Entertainment & lower level

The lower level is a favorite gathering spot during cooler months. The game room includes a pool table, Pac-Man arcade, record player, smart TV, and comfortable seating, making it ideal for movie nights or relaxed evenings together. A washer and dryer are also available for guest use on this level.



Outdoor spaces

When weather allows, enjoy the fully fenced backyard with multiple decks, outdoor seating, a grill, and a fire table. The private hot tub is available year-round and offers a relaxing way to unwind after the day. The outdoor pool is seasonal.



Comfort & conveniences

The home includes central heating and air conditioning, a dedicated workspace, private entrance, and garage parking. It is pet-friendly and family-friendly, with board games and a Pack ’n play available upon request.

Set in Fairfield, this home provides convenient access to nearby parks, shopping, entertainment, and Cincinnati-area attractions, making it a comfortable base for both short visits and extended stays.



Pool Information

The pool at the property is unheated, so its temperature naturally depends on the outdoor weather. During spring and fall, the water may be cooler, particularly on cooler days or evenings.

Many guests still enjoy relaxing by the pool and spending time in the backyard on sunny days, but please note that pool temperature may vary and cannot be guaranteed. Thank you for understanding!

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.

🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Parties or large gatherings

Unauthorized guests

🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



🔥 Grill Use:

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!

If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!



🐾 Pets:

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100

❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.

NO cats allowed!

🏊‍♂️ Kids under 14 must be supervised by an adult in the pool or backyard.

🧑‍🏫 Anyone under 18 who can’t swim must be watched closely.

🐾 Paws Out of the Pool:

🚫 No furry friends allowed in the pool.

🏊‍♂️ Sharp claws can damage the pool liner – please keep pets away from the water.

🌞 Enjoy a warm and relaxing swim!

🚨 Water Alert:

If you notice any discoloration or green tint in the pool, message us right away so we can resolve it quickly.



📌 Hot Tub House Rules:



Hot Tub Cleanliness Fine: $250

To avoid this, please follow these simple rules:



🚿 Shower with soap and water before entering to remove lotions, oils, or substances that affect water quality.

⏳ If you have sensitive skin, limit use to 15-minute intervals and shower after use to avoid irritation.

🛁 Use beach towels, not bath towels.

👫 Max occupancy: 7 guests

🚸 No unsupervised kids

🚫 No diving or jumping

🍔🥤 No food or drink in the tub

🚫🥂 No glass in or near the hot tub

🧼 Keep the hot tub clean and clear

🤫 Respect neighbors – keep noise down

🚭 No smoking in the hot tub

♨️ Turn off the jets after use

✅ Always cover the hot tub after use

❌ No pets in the hot tub

❗ Do not turn off the hot tub — only turn off the jets.

→ The temperature should remain at 100°F when not in use.

🧴 Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or hot tub scents without HomeHop’s knowledge and approval. Overuse or misuse of chemicals may result in additional cleaning or maintenance charges.



👟 Shoes off inside:

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



NOTE: Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end.
