The home is designed as two separate apartments stacked on top of each other, perfect for larger groups or families who want both together time and personal space. There is also a massive basement complete with a full gym, sauna, pool table, workspace, and film and TV screening area for more fun.

Mobility Note

There are 8 to 10 steps from the driveway to the first floor entrance, and 15 more steps up to the second floor. Guests with mobility needs should consider this before booking.

Car Required

To enjoy our breathtaking panoramic views, you will take a short 90 second drive up a small country road and private driveway from the main road. A rental car is essential to explore the area comfortably.

Friendly Animal Visitor

Our villa sits on a private six acre estate of olive groves, fig, almond, and plum trees. From time to time, a friendly neighbor’s dog, Nebbia, may wander over to say hello. She is sweet and does not live on the property, but if you are uncomfortable with dogs, our villa may not be the right fit.

This is a true retreat, not a party house. We are nestled between charming Sicilian villages, 45 minutes from the hustle of Palermo. If you are seeking tranquility, sunrises, sunsets, and time to reconnect with loved ones and nature, you will feel right at home here.
